Good Morning all!

How did you do last week?

I have a dr appt on the 23rd.. so I will give an offical weigh in then. I know that I have gained anywhere from 5-7 lbs in the past 2 weeks. The weight is going to start coming on now! :)

So if you are depressed about how things are going - just think about my gain!

WTG Annie Rose. Just remember the old story--slow and steady wins the race!!!

I've finally broken the plateau (I hope anyway) and lost 4.5 pounds this week to 259.

Great job Dawnyal and Annie-Rose! Another week at 171 for me. The scale does not want to budge anymore. It's okay. I know it will come off eventually, and I'm happy with my progress so far...

Great job, all. Dawnyal, you are ROCKIN' now!!! Annie-Rose and Fitbabe, maintaining or slow loss is surely better than a gain, which is what I had this week... just one pound (from 223 to 224), and I expected it to be more because of really horrible eating at my in-laws' house. I fully plan to take it back off this week!

Well, I was trying to avoid the subject, but I guess I need to report my weigh in from yesterday. I didnt gain, but remained the same...AGAIN!!! Yes, I slip a little during the week, and I could exercise more. I know its my own fault, but have you ever just felt so BLAH that you cant get it done? I need a little help remotovating myself I guess. Or maybe, I should just practice maintinance for a while. Some one please drive to my house and kick my lazy A$$ into gear. Thanks for listening to my pity party!

I lost 4 pounds so far, I will update later in the week. This takes me back to where my ticker is.. because I had gained 4 pounds. Soon I'll be out of the 260's, I'm pretty happy about that. I want to get out of the 240's, and then I can bug my brother. hehe, I'm mean.

AmyJo - maintaining is better than gaining.. you don't want to go back to above 200, 199 just sounds so nice!

Dawnyal - woah look at you go woman! you are rocking! Keep it up :)

Keep up all the great work everyone :) I can't wait until my official weigh in, which isn't until Sunday..

Well, I was thinking aout rewarding myself for the 50 #mark, but due to a strict new budget we've set up (to pay off our credit cards  ) I'll have to save up for a while. I want to go to the spa/salon for a day of pampering, new hair do, and nails and all that fun stuff. But, for now, I think my hubby is gonna maks us dinner tonight, and that will be a real treat! :)

Congrats, Amy Jo on the 50 pound mark! That's two major milestones right in a row. You must be feeling fantastic!!!!

BTW, anybody heard from Celina lately? I hope she's OK!

Jennifer, you make me LAUGH!:lol3: I wish MD was a bit close to NYC, 'cuz I'd be at your apt. in a flash, girlfriend, with lowfat chicken soup, some trashy mags, New York Magazine, and the Village Voice....even sugar-free cough drops if you needed them!

I'm sorry you're sick, Jenniferhead. :^: And thank you for always being so encouraging and smart.

I P.M. her the other day and she said she has been really busy at work and her BF lost his job so things have been really hectic for her. Plus I know she is leaving for vacation soon not sure when.

Celina left for her vacation yesterday, and I believe she's gone for a week. She's been very busy with work, and with her boyfriend losing her job. I think they will be alright (she's so strong, and he seems like he has a good head on his shouldres), but it's definitely hard to deal with that kind of thing this time of year. I think it's great she didn't cancel her vacation.. she needs it more than ever right now.

Good... I'm glad to hear Celina is OK. Sometimes I worry when somebody just POOF disappears from here.

Sarah -- too bad... I would have loved some girl company last night (okay, and the trashy magazines). Instead I settled for trashy TV and a pizza (I know, I know... but it could have been worse.) :p

Yes me too Jennifer. Someone else I'm concerned about is Gretchen. GRETCHEN where are you? I have not seen you post this week. How's it going?

Congrats to all who have lost this week. And to those who have not just keep with it. You will do it.

I'm down 3 more.

Howie, great job!!

I'm psyched because I'm now in the 170s, and officially below my driver's license weight. Also made my Halloween goal! Okay, a couple weeks late, but better late than never, right? :) "Only" 10 more pounds to go to my Weight Watcher goal.
