If you pick the high end of weight in your heigth category...but you have a personal goal that is lower...do you have to let your leader know? For example my lifetime weight is 158 but my personal goal is 10 pounds lighter...do I have to adjust my lifetime goal?

Your lifetime goal stays the same at 158. You do not have to adjust your goal nor let your leader know.
