Dieting with Obstacles - type 2 Diabetes

Hi my name is Alana ,
And I need some help I have type 2 diabetes and I am just starting the low GI diet , I am looking for some support from people who have the same problems . Any diet advice would be greatfully received or just a chat to help me stay on track . I have not been doing very good by myself and i lead a very busy life so attending meeting is not an option for me ,so I am hoping this will be my answer
