I want to plan my meals better. Right now I tend to see what's in the fridge, what does my mouth want and then eat. Which...might not be the best way to do this. I think that I eat too much cheese.

The one I'm really excited about is "Fitness chart for women", they have a metric one too for all you advanced people outside the US
. You type in your weight and measurements and the excel program will calculate your estimated body fat. It also charts your weight loss/body fat and wieght loss/BMI.
I can't weight to go home and add all my measurements to it. I never thought to keep track of my wrist and forearm measurements so I don't know how it will work. I think just for now I'll measure what I am currently and use that, I don't think I've lost any in those 2 places...could be wrong we'll see.
