Beginning again
I have had stomach stapling (1981). Lost 230 lbs in just under 1 year.Kept it off for 7 years, gradually gaining it all back. I now weigh 400 lbs.my doctor has recommended a medically supervised weight loss clinic. I start the program tomorrow.It is expensive- $500 a month. Includes injections, B-6 and
B-12. low carb diet, councelling etc,etc.I have no choice if I intend to see my
13 year old grow up.I am diabetic also. Because of the stapling, I have problems digesting many foods, mostly protein, like meat or cheese,or fresh veggies/fruits. To make an even longer story short, I am going to the USA for
a weekend (end of nov.) I would like to try and find a protein powder that
would help me get the protein I cant chew.also looking for sugar free gummy
candy that doesnt cause diarhea. Thanks to all!!!!
