Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - "Quick & Easy," Shredded Sweet Potatoes

Here's my quick and easy verison to making sweet potatoes in a hurry. Peel l medium sweet potato , grated it in a fry pan that has been sprayed w/ Butter flavor pam. Season with a a touch of season salt, and onion powder. Spray shredded potatoes with butter pam cover and cook over med heat 3-4 min. flip them over cook 2-3 mins DONE! Low salt and fantastic tasting. Points would be that of one sweet potato! Let me know what you think?

that sounds so delicious and easy (I love sweet potatoes). I don't know the points value off hand but I'm going to give that a try really soon and let you know.
