hi everyone!

i used to do the weight watchers at home program and had a good deal of success with it, then i went through a stressful period, moved away for graduate school, all by myself for the first time, but it wasn't supposed to be that way!! i won't bore you with the details unless you wish to know..

anyway, i'm totally a comfort eater, i've managed to gain nearly 15 pounds!! it's got me VERY depressed, so i'm hoping to get back on track..

HW: 202
LW: 125
CW: 140 ish
Goal: 115

if anyone could help me figure out the core plan *please* email me, i got the online kit when it had all the info about flex points and stuff :( i think the core plan may be really good for me.

please email me at : littleredhairedgurl@yahoo.com

thank you so much!

Hello and Welcome!, I am doing Core and a newbie to the plan myself..from what I know ,you eat on what is on the food list of Core till you feel statisfied..if foods that is not a core, you must count it with your 35 weekly points allowance. I begin with Core on the 8th of this month and my first week, had lost 12 Lbs..but had a replaspe on poor overeating and gained. Now am doing my best to stick with this.

Good luck and if you want a Core buddy, you can email me LiliAnnB@aol.com or pm me anytime.. Have a good day! :)
