Morning ladies. I was glad to see our thread back to the old ways yesterday. Of course over the weekend they're always slow.

Hope everyone had a good night. Mine was okay, I think Andrew only woke up once or twice, weird I can't exactly remember. Getting him to sleep at night is what has been so tricky.

Kathy, I'm not only an evening snacker but when I'm trying to get OP, I could skip every meal and snack my way through the day. First of all, don't buy the stuff that tempts you. I know it's hard with kids. But I used to only buy my dh Neapolitan Ice Cream, his favorite, I can't stand it so it never tempted me. I buy only the hostess cup cakes because I HATE them. Now that I'm preggo, of course I snack but that's the first thing. Buy small single cups of ice cream or sherbet and enjoy that or Weight Watchers makes GREAT desserts in small portions, try those. Drink lots of water, it helps to keep you full. Hope some of this helps.

Jill, you're right, today is a new day everyone can get back on track.

Spryng, where are you girl?

Hi Jaymi, Mel, Michelle, Penny, Cindi, Deana, Angel, Chris, Amy and all you other desperate housewives.

Geri, sorry things are going tough right now. Today is a new day, make it a great day.

Well, today I've got to clean mom's house and that's it. Dh is going to set stakes and string and show exactly where the house will be, that's exciting. Tomorrow he'll start digging and either tomorrow or Sunday I'll go to sis's and see the new baby. Monday we're back on track with school and everything else. So sometime this weekend, I want to start getting some good plans laid out.
All three kids up at 700 again this morning, I hate not getting up before them. Anyways, hope you all have a great day.

Morning Ladies,

Geeessshhh!! You sure are chatting ladies

Ok, Today is a NEW DAY for all of us!!!!!

I didn't do tooo terrible yesterday. But I am up a 1/2 pound this week. I was upset this morning but hopefully it will pass....

I want us all to have a wonderful on plan day!!!!

10-22-2004, 09:57 AM
Thanks all for the encouragement...I feel like I've been hugged...same back at you!!
BTW...I'm loving working...but thank goodness it's only 3 days a week! LOL
I too love the new name of Desparate Housewives as it is soooo fitting. Even though I'm working part time I'm still primary care giver to the boys, chief cook & bottle washer, grocery shopper, misc shopper, most yard work doer, etc. That's just life!
Jill, congrats on fitting into your old clothes!!

OK, must start working now!

TTYL ...

Good morning all!

Well, I just did my WI and I'm down 1/2 lb! 121.5 now. Which is so weird because I haven't really been motivated to lose weight lately, I've been having more off plan days than on so how did this happen??? Confuses me to say the least but I'll take it! Maybe my metabolism has finally come back into the normal range or something. Who knows.
Anyway, agenda for today is to go grocery shopping sometime today. I have my list and my menus for next week all wrote out so now I just need to get everything. Dh may come home tonight, not sure yet. But if not tonight than definitely tomorrow. We were thinking about taking the kids to see Shark Tale tomorrow. Anyone seen this yet? Looks cute. Doing very well at the box office so it must be pretty good, lol. SIL is suppose to come over today and help me rearrange my living room but I still haven't deep cleaned it yet so maybe I'll wait.. don't know yet. FIL got to go home last night. They removed the gas behind his eye and they said that pressure along with the anti-nausea medicine they had him on is what was causing him to hallucinate. He was really bad yesterday and had me in tears. He couldn't even use the bathroom by himself and he was talking about strange things. Breaks my heart. I haven't heard anything yet today but I'm hoping he is back to normal. He should be once the meds is out of his system and if he isn't I would rush him back to the ER. So I'll find out later this morning.
Didn't do much last night. Watched Survivor, Life as we know it, and that primetime sex poll, which was interesting to say the least. Anyone else watch it? It was funny to see where me and dh fit in, lol. We laughed about it.

I think someone asked who will be watching the kids when (if) I go to work. My SIL volunteered to watch them for a low price each week. And she will watch them at my house so the kids aren't thrown out of their enviroment too much, you know? I know this will be a huge change for them so I want to make it as smooth as possible. The only thing I am really worried about is the flu and such because they (my in-laws) get sick so many times per year and during training I cannot miss a day of work so what do I do if she gets the flu??? I have no back up plan and that scares me. Daycare costs WAY too much for 3 kids so that is out. So I'm still worried about all that.

Penny, I think you are right, this next week will be great for all of us. We just need a plan and stick with it. This next week will be a challenge for me too since dh will be home more. I will definitely be sticking to my menus or else I will fail I know.

Crystal, how is your sis and the new baby doing? Does she get alot of help?

Kathy, evening snacking is hard for everyone I think. The only thing I could suggest is this, brush your teeth after dinner. That can make you not want to eat because you'd get rid of that newly clean fresh feeling from your mouth. Another thing I would suggest is to take up a hobby that keeps your hands busy. I crochet and do the majority of it in the evening. It keeps my hands busy while I'm lounging on the couch thinking of potato chips, lol. But if you absolutely can't stop evening eating then make wise choices. Have some 94% ff popcorn... it is very low in cals and you can eat alot of it. (I've eaten a whole bag at times and it didn't hurt me at all) anyway, HTH!

Jill, I think I am bored too. Not really bored of my food because I try new things all the time but bored in general, in life, you know? I'm so close to my personal goal weight that you would think it would spur me on to just finish but instead it does the opposite, it makes me not care when I get there because I know I will eventually. Maybe I'm afraid of maintaining. All I know is how to lose weight, maintaining that weight does scare me. Enjoy the gym today!

Michelle, how are you feeling today? Was work hard last night with being sick? Take a day off so you can feel better ok? Who cares if they have someone to cover you or not, you are more important than that job ok?

Geri, I know you said you got your dr.phil book back, are you re-reading it? I hope you can get remotivated. It's hard I know. But we are here for you! And yes I have angels as kids, LOL!!! NOT! Believe me I have world war 3 with Bubba almost everyday. He is my monster so don't feel alone, lol.

Angel, stepchildren are hard. Blended families are hard so I admire you for really trying with her. Hang in there! Consistancy is the key and she will learn eventually that you are doing it for her benefit and you really love her. I was a step daughter and I remember how is felt to compete with my half sister. It's hard. But hang in there!

Jaymi, how are you today?

Deana, I hope you didn't feel guilty for long about your dinner last night. Sounds like you still came in under target for the day.

Kristin, I'm so glad you are going to get back in to see your doc monday! What does she plan on doing? The blood test and sono?? I hope so. Keep me updated!

Leigh, did Liam open presents last night? How are you enjoying all your family?

Cindi, hope today is a good one for you! You'll probably be grocery shopping like me today huh? Have fun!

OK, I think I am caught up. I need to get off here and get around. TTYL!

Hello ladies!

I haven't been having trouble on my plan the last few days, but I have had major trouble with my period... I'll skip the descriptions not to gross anyone out :o

Hopefully it will be totally over today so tomorrow I can go back to the gym and feel better! Also, today I need to get the whole hose spick-spanned because tomorrow we have visitors coming and since it's a Swiss custom to show the whole house... :fr:

Ok, I'd better go get started... I've only loeaded the dishwasher and started cleaning the kitchen so far and it's already almost 4pm here!

Have a nice day everyone!

Angel Marie

Spryng-Just wondering, since you were a stepchild.Did you ever feel leftout?Because I think thats what my daughter feels like.I'm doing everything I know how to do not to make her feel that way.I give her extra attention the other kids don't mind it.I think they actually understand it in a way. Thanks for the support.

Well Ladies-My day is going to be fun.I get to take 2 of my kids shopping for bikes because they made staight A's on their report cards.I've got to get some halloween stuff. We are just going to be creative and use things around the house for costumes.I'm not buying them this year.I think it's to much money for one day because anything I buy for holidays times it by 4.It can get exspensive as some of you already know.

I get to go get my meds for my thyroid this morning.I hope it will work for me.
Well i'm going to hop off here for now I'll check back in this evening.
Everyone have a wonderful day and stay OP

10-22-2004, 11:36 AM
I am hypothyroid, too. So I know where you are coming from!

Did they tell you that it will take a few weeks to start seeing any difference? Just thought you'd want to know so that you won't be disappointed.

I am cleaning like crazy! Be back later!

Love to all!!

10-22-2004, 11:37 AM
Good morning all you desperate people...

Hey Elisa and Kathy...nice to meet you!

Angel-My daughter often feels left out or on the bottom of the food chain to speak. It's hard to say, but I know for a fact the my DH treats her different because she's not his. His mom has even said the same things to me. She says that the DH is really hard on Tiana. I hate it, but then he gets upset and says I'm always siding with her. I guess I have a hard time because I grew up as a stepchild too. My stepfather wasn't the nicest man on earth. I see some of the same reactions in my daughter and it's like I'm transported back in time and it brings about some old hurt for me even. I have no advice...I just know how hard it is.

Kathy, I used to be a late night snacker. I'm with Spryng-keep your hands busy. If you absolutely have to snack, find something like popcorn or I even much on celery. Of course for those very very bad night, lik right before TOM, when I'm craving sugar, I'll have a fruit bar from Schwan's... I have pretty much given up on chocolate.

Crystal-Glad Andrew wasn't up to much for you last night. How is he feeling anyhow? If he's able to sleep better, I'd imagine he is feeling much better.

Michelle-Are you feeling under the weather? Sleep in today and take it easy. It was soo strange here last night. THe temp. was in the 30's and we had lightning. Do you still have snow up your way? They're saying we might get some tonight.

Penny-HI MOM! :D How's your day going? Hope your family isn't feeling under the weather? Don't let that 1/2 lb. bug you. Just keep on! I know you will. You have it more together than I do.

Jaymi-Are you OP today? Make good food choices and even if you slip alittle, pick it back up and put the slip behind you.

Hey Deana, Geri, Leigh, Jill, Kristin, Melissa, and the rest of you...I have to get ready for the pumpkin hunting so I'll check back later with all of you. Have a good day and virtual hugs to all...

10-22-2004, 12:02 PM
Good Morning Ladies!

Chris: Go find that pumpkin today!!! Keeping my :crossed:

Spryng: I obviouisly didn't feel too guilty about supper last night, I ate it knowing I could have chosen better that late at night. But it will be gone by next WI. So glad to hear fil is doing better!

Crystal: Seeing the outline of the house will put alot into perspective as far as size. Glad you had a good night.

Kathy: For evening snacking, I don't have anything after 8:00. If I absolutely have to have something, the 100 calorie packs are great or a few crackers with a bottle of water will really fill you up. I eat triscuits or wheatables. You can give it up it just takes some getting used to. Good luck!

Penny: That 1/2 pound HAS to be muscle. You just started the gym recently so it may take a few weeks to see more of a loss because you are building muscle. Keep it up and you'll see loss soon. When do you leave for your trip?

Geri: :grouphug: It will get better! ;)

Elisa: TOM is a cold, heartless witch. I know, mine came on our Anniversary this past Sunday and dh left on Wednesday for a few days.....ugghhhh!!! Oh well, he'll be home Sunday afternoon... :D ;) . Have a good visit with your company.

Angel: My boys are all stepchildren for dh and Abby is his. I see him show her favortism but it's normal. She is his only child as well and such a daddy's girl. He is harder on the boys sometimes but we agree that he just wants to see them make something of themselves and that requires discipline. I'm a softy most of the time but I can be hard on them too. And for the most part they are good kids they just get a little rowdy now and then. Just keep working with her and she will come out of it eventually. She will start seeing what she's missing and realize what she needs to do to join in the family times. I know it may sounds a little cruel, but plan a family evening at home, popcorn, games, crafts etc. and make her stay in her room but make sure she can hear all of you and that should have a good impact on her. She will realize she is missing out on the fun. Just a thought. Good luck.

Cindi: Hope you get your card today. :crossed:

Jaymi: How are you today?

Jill: How was class last night? WTG~~~ WOOHOO on the clothes!

Michelle: Hope you're feeling better today. Do you work tonight too?

Hello to everyone else out there.

Not much planned today. Abby has preschool and I need to clean house :( . Abby just got up at 9:45 :?: . She hardly ever sleeps past about 8:30. I told her she should have just stayed in bed til lunch, it's close enough anyway  .

10-22-2004, 12:07 PM
I am down 4.5 pounds! Don't really know how!! But I will take it!!yipppeeeee!!!

:D :D :D :D :D :D

Back in a few, just wanted to post before I forget!

10-22-2004, 12:16 PM
Good Morning Everyone!

Well, my weigh in was the same, but I know I have gained muscle. I wasn't in the mood to go to the gym, but I pushed myself through it and guess what??? I had the best cardio workout this week!! I burned 480 calories in 35minutes! whoooohoooo! I was sweatin' my butt off. I hope I was anyway. lol

Deana, I don't have a scanner right now. I did read the coupon carefully, and it says OR exchange for membership discount. Which is probably the initiation fee. LMK if you want me to send it to you.

My biggest time for feeling hungry is around 4p.m not at night. I have been eating my dinner about 430, without dh, because that's when I'm hungry and I don't want to snack and then eat dinner too. It's really been working for me. I haven't been hungry at night.

Hello everyone else. Don't have time to get personal with ya all, but have a GREAT DAY OP. ;)

10-22-2004, 12:20 PM
Cindi. WTG.....I bet you are thrilled.....CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!! :cb: :cheer:

10-22-2004, 12:52 PM
Good morning.
The Cardinals won last night, so I won't be cheering on the Red Sox.
Spryng, we have been told when someone comes in for a perm and they want color, they have to wait two weeks. Too much chemical can make your hair fall out.
Someone asked me about what I am doing after school. I think I will be working full time. Both my boys will be in school by then, so I can work during the day.
Not much going on here today. Its cloudy and foggy. Went to wal mart after I dropped Eric off at shcool, so that's done for the week. i need to go finish crocheting a baby blanket for a girl at school. have a good weekend everyone.

10-22-2004, 01:17 PM
Cindi: WOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!! WTG GIRL!!! Whatever it was it worked.

Mel: WTG CARDIO!!! Sent you an IM about the coupon, TY TY TY.

Rici: Hope you're having a great day.

10-22-2004, 03:59 PM
Hey ladies. I am so disgusted with myself today! I knew I would see a gain just because I was so careless this week but it just really sucks!! Anyway I was up 2.5 pounds and it was my measuring day and I only lost .75 of an inch all over! I know it has to be more but I am retaining water so bad from lots of salt and not enough water. It has given me a new reason to get back on track! I am almost done with my first 32 oz and I am going to drink ALL day! I didn't go to the gym today but will get some exercise later with situps and probably a walk. My aunt and uncle e-mailed the other day and said they are going to try and come up for Thanksgiving with my cousins so I have a new reason to want to lose some more weight. The last time they saw me was Spring break when I was still in the 160's so I will be excited to see if they notice a difference. I know they will in my mom, she is looking really great lately. She's just shy of losing 20 pounds!!

So yesterday I was wanting some homemade goodies but wanted to make them as healthy as possible so I altered my homemade brownie recipe and used Splenda instead of sugar, applesauce instead of oil or butter, egg beaters instead of real eggs and WW flour instead of white flour. I DON'T reccommend it!! LOL They were pretty nasty! They tasted very healthy and I didn't feel like I was getting away with anything like I wanted to. So I made full sugar and fat frosting to put on them so they would at least get eaten and they wouldn't go to waste. Luckily I really haven't eaten that many and my dh ate almost all of them while I was at school last night. So the moral of the story is to just not have them at all cuz it's not worth all the trouble!! LOL

Today I was supposed to finally go to the corn maze with my friend but it is raining yet again so I guess we won't get to go. We are going to carve pumkins with them tomorrow night though so that will be fun. I just wish we would have gone to the corn maze last saturday like we all wanted instead of letting that other couple talk us into doing it on Sunday. Darn rain, I'm sick of it already and it just started, how am I going to survive the winter!!!

Crystal hope you get your mom's house clean today. Just wondering but why do you clean it? Not that it is a bad thing or anything, just a very nice thing to do and wondering what your motivation is since you are preggo with 3 kids LOL!! Also I have really noticed a change in your outlook on life lately and it's really nice. I could tell for awhile that you were really down and it's nice to see you so optimistic. Just thought I would share. :)

Hi Penny I'm with you on the gain honey!! LOL Along with everyone else right. We will all get back on track I know it. We have all been doing so good with the exercise there is no reason to not lose. WE CAN DO IT!!!!

Kristin thanks for sending the costume. I am hoping to get it sometime this weekend. How much was the shipping? That was really great of you to do. I miss chatting at night with you!! Hope you have a great weekend with dh!!

Geri you are so awesome! you do so much for your family!! Keep it up!

Spryng I hate you!! Just kidding but you are the only one I know that can eat McDonalds and Pizza Hut and then lose a half pound for the week!! Makes me sick!! Anyway I'm glad to hear your fil is out of the hospital, how scary. I hate it when loved ones are sick and you can't do anything about it. So scary. I hope he recovers soon. I need to grocery shop too, let's go together, k? I need some company!

Elisa I just made the connection that you are living in Switzerland! LOL I had never looked at where you were from before but when you said swiss custom and 4pm I caught on! LOL Hope you get it done it time. I love it when people are going to come over cuz that is the only time my house gets really clean!

Angel, sounds like you are doing a good job with your step-daughter. Just taking the time to ask people what to do and putting thought into it shows that you really do care about her. Keep it up and I'm sure it will work. I saw that Dr. Phil episode when he said to do that. I wanted to see the follow up to see how it worked for that lady. Did you happen to catch it?

Cindi yay!! WTG on the 4.5 down!! Keep it up!!

Hey Chris get that pumpkin and share the $ with us will ya!! LOL

Deana I bet your boys just love having you so involved with their activities. I know I always loved having my mom being a helper in the classroom or helping out with whatever was going on. Made me feel really good (well until I was in junior high, then it wasn't cool anymore LOL) good for you for being so involved. I hope to do the same with my kids. Even though I will be working as a teacher I should still be able to help. I also think that idea with the beads is brilliant. I bet it will work awesome!!

Mel you are doing so well I have no doubt that the pounds will start melting off real soon. Just give your body time to adjust and I'm sure you will do great!!

Wow Ricci sounds like you are doing great! How long do you have to practice on real people before they set you loose on your own?

Ok I have the kitchen cleaned and the baby down for a nap and I need to get a shower and clean the rest of the house and get some homework done so I have the rest of the weekend to relax. I'll TTYL!!

10-22-2004, 04:29 PM
Jill, sorry about the gain, but use that as your motivation to do better next week. Thanks so much for your kind words about my mood change. I think with the house situation really under way it has helped. Plus, I really, really, really do believe it was just pregnancy emotions. With one of my past ones I was really emotional too. I clean my mom's house to help pay for my decorating class I took. I've been done with the class just trying to get it paid off and I will make my last payment December 1st. Hopefully I can quite cleaning, it gets hard, plus I don't like getting out much in the winter especially with three kids and one that gets sick too easily.

Mel, I got the clothes today. I'm still going through them. Thanks so much. This will totally get him up to date and have plenty for the winter. I haven't gotten the $ order yet, I get mine from Walmart, so the next time I'm at Walmart I'll get it. Thanks again.

Okay, dh is out working on the house, putting up stakes, but me and Andrew came in to rest a bit.

10-22-2004, 06:01 PM
Jill: Maybe it's muscle gain? Don't fret it too much. It will be gone soon. Hope you have fun carving pumpkins. I need to do that with my kids too but haven't had time to get to it with dh leaving and all. We are staying home and doing crafts tomorrow since dh is gone and the weather has been nasty. Yes, they do enjoy me being so involved with them. In June I was an assistant ball coach for the boys. Next year I'm not sure about. Abby will be in T-ball, Matthew in Coach Pitch and Andrew in Little League and they travel some. So at this point I don't know what I'm going to do. Abby really wants me to coach her team and I can still coach Matthew because they are on different nights. That just means 4 nights a week at the ballfields for a month...ugggghhh!!! I never stop! I'm :crossed: about the beads.

Crystal: Glad dh is getting started. Any ideas on the decorating set in stone yet?

Have to run Andrew to a friend's house to play for a couple hours. Be back later.

10-22-2004, 06:13 PM
Crystal, glad you got the clothing. That was fast! Hope you like them and get use out of them.

10-22-2004, 07:56 PM
Well I was hoping it would be more like yesterday around here today! LOL I guess not. I just got done with most of my homework and am going to work on the house for awhile since mom just took the baby back to her house. Got to take advantage while I can.

Crystal glad dh is getting started on the house. I'm so excited for you!!!

Deana 4 nights a week at the ball fields!! It would be fun though, I love watching kids play sports, they have so much fun!

Hi Mel!

Ok back to work, TTYL!!

10-22-2004, 09:11 PM
I'm back again. We went and got all our clues for the pumpkin but have no idea yet where its at.

I got Kayla's foot taken care of at the doctor's. Then had to go back later when I found out that I left Nicole's blankie in the waiting room. That is like a death sentence around here. Mama made a boo-boo!

Did fairly good on food so far today. I feel so good, I wish Kelly were here to take over parenting so I could go out and walk. I want some outdoorsy time.

Way to go Cindi!!! You're weight loss is so awesome.

I don't have much to say. I'll get personal later on tonight or maybe tomorrow.

10-22-2004, 09:38 PM
Hey girls, just a quick post here, I'm at work and should be doing something constructive. I had to pick a topic for my persuasive essay and I picked "The Benefits of a Healthy Diet and Exercise" I should be able to pull that one off without a hitch. :D

Way to go CINDI!!!! Now just imagine if you were totally OP!! ;) Hang in there girly!

Spryng, I know I should stay home but I'm soo dedicated when I have a job that I just can't call in sick unless it is really bad, which this cold is quickly becoming. I'm going to have to take breathing treatments soon I think, and I started back on my inhaled steroids today because my chest was hurting from the congestion and swelling. UGHHHHH!! I'm calling my pulmonologist tomorrow to see if it is at all possible for me to get a flu shot this year. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you!!

Penny you got a shipping price for me yet? How are things going?

Okay I should get going, sorry not to get personal with everyone but I keep getting customers in and destracting me. I will try and write when I get home tonight. So to everyone I missed, Hello!!

Love to you all

10-22-2004, 10:02 PM
I AM going to have a whole week OP starting tomorrow, LOL!!

I had to take ds14 to doc for an asthma attack and Christian broke his toe when he dropped a pan on it! Poor guys!

Michelle...Don't overdo!! Take it easy and get well!! Quit spreading your germs, too! LOL!

Jill...You can do it! We all have bad days that sometimes turn into weeks(months in my case)! So get it together while you are ahead! Next week will be great, I just know it.

I'll be back soon, kids sound distructive, must investigate!

10-22-2004, 11:51 PM
Hi Ladies :D

Just got a second to Maybe all the running around will give me a loss this next week! :p

I have done so well on plan this last week and an half, I know it has to be muscle.

Thanks so much for the call today.. Sorry we were playing tag! I think we will both be losing slowly because of all the muscle gain.. but enough though we will be losing inches also.. :) When is the next training session??? Thanks again for the cards!

I am such a I don't have a box to put the clothes in so I gotta wait until this weekend when I go to town to get a box from Walmart. I will get em out soon! Sorry about the wait :( How are you feeling??? Any better?
I think you picked a great topic for the debate! Awesome!

I have been meaning to post to you. I am sooo sorry to hear about your fil! How is he doing this afternoon. That is so horrible! :( When does dh start his new job? Hope you and him have a wonderful weekend together. I will keep your fil in my prayers! Congrats on the weight loss! :cheer:

Congrats on getting your house cleaned! Sorry about the gain. :( We will both have a loss next week. You better get back in control and you are right, the company coming in will help with the motivation! You are too close now!

I hope Liam is having a wonderful time. Hope the extra attention isn't getting him cranky :( We wanna here all about his Birthday party!

Poor house of yours :( And there is nothing they can do about a broken toe right? That is awful :( Congrats to you on your loss though! That is wonderful :cheer: How is ds's asthma?

Sure hope you find that pumpkin! When does the contest end? Did you go back and get Nicole's blanket??

That does sound like alot of running! Does the coach get much exercise? You could count that as your workout for the day :D

Did ya'll ever talk anymore about the baby's name? How exciting is that to get the house staked out! Great! Are you gonna take pics of the progress??

It sounds like you are progressing well in school! And you are doing so awesome on the weight loss :cheer: Keep it going! You are almost there!

Congrats to the kids for the great report cards! Makes a mama feel proud! How are you doing on plan? You have been doing so well!

Nice to "meet" ya! Hope you get the house done for the company! How long are they staying?

How are you doing on plan today? You have come so far! And I am so proud of you!:) You better get your butt back on that bike. I did the stationary bike today and it made me think of you b/c you are always riding. :)

I think Geri and I are the worse late night snackers here.... I just got to the point that I don't even do it anymore. I could get anything healthy to snack on b/c I wouldn't stop eating no matter what is was..... So I just quit doing it all together... If anything, I drink water, or flavored water at night. I will much better about it in the morning...
And remember that late night snacking is the worse b/c your body doesn't have a chance to burn it back off!

Hope you had a better day today!

Well Ladies.... It is getting late here and I have a long day tomorrow... Gotta work Hunter's school fair and then we have a family reunion. And then Sunday is the Kidney Walk about an hour and a half away... So I will be running as usual.

Have a wonderful night! Sorry I wrote a book but I had to catch up :)

HI girls I'm back!!

I just finished my first Grammar exercise for class and I got an 80% on it. I feel kind of bad but at the same time I figure it could have been much worse since I've been out of school for almost 10 years now. I'm excited to start my persuasive essay though and I have tucked most of Monday aside so I can work on my assignments.

Penny I'm in no hurry I won't be in a 14 for a month or two so take your time. :) How is the gym routine going? I just noticed that you are at your half way point!! WAY TO GO!!

Okay I'm sneezing up a storm and can hardly see now cuz my eyes are watering so bad!! Did I tell ya'll that Taylor is getting sick too? She had a fever of 103 today :( Man I hope she doesnt get pneumonia again!!

Okay I'm off to finish my paper work!
Love to all

Hello everyone! Well food sucks today, but I still have time to exercise!!! Ok, so it's 1 am... but **** why not??? I have such good intentions to exercise in the morning, and then as the day wears on.. all kinds of stuff happens. And sleeping until 11 am doesn't help either!! But I'll figure something out! I might be going back to TX soon, and I at least want to lose the weight I gained back. So I'm about to figure out a way to work harder! I need to go exercise before it's too late!

Crystal- Wow that is soo exciting about building a house! I wish we could do that!!

Spryng- Iíve be\e good today except for eating. Wendyís won again! But oh well! Iíll get over it!! LOL Have you taken your kids to get the FLU shot? Has your sil gotten one? Just try to make sure you have a back up plan. Dealing with family, and not a place that is professional is hard. I know from experience. They up and have to go to the doctor or is sick or etc. And what can you say? I mean but no one is as serious about watching the kidís as we are. Because we donít have any sick days or days off! LOL If we are sick..too bad right?!? But just try to always have a back up and that will help. Sorry about your FIL, Iíll keep him in my prayers!

Elisa- good luck with cleaning the house! Lol Iíve been attempting to clean mine for weeks!

Chris- well u asked the right question! Not OP.. but Iím still trying to get some exercise in! I understand about the Step thing too. I feel like my husband treats my son differently.. But so do I! Heís 7 now.. Not a baby.. So I try to treat him more grown up.. But he wants to be treated like my daughter. I donít know what to do myself! LOL

Deana- Iím tired.. But Iím alert! LOL I just drank some tea so I wouldnít fall asleep before exercising. I think that was a dumb move,, but since itís the weekend, Iíll make my dh take care of the kids and Iíll sleep late. Howís your day goingÖ or went! :)

Cindi- WOW that is soo awesome!!! YAHOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Way to go girl!

Hey, Ricci, Mel, Jill, Penny, and any one else I missedÖ Iíll get personal tomorrow! Itís 2 am and I havenít exercised yet! LOL Talk with you all tomorrow!!
