What kind of lighting do they use in gyms? My husband was thinking of using pot lights in the ceiling but I was wondering about whatever lights they recommend for seasonal affective disorder.
Our gym has flourscents that seem to be forever going out. But one advantage of using flourescent lighting is that you can get bulbs with different color spectrums. There are warm/summer spectrums, cool white, and if you really want to experiment, the "growlights" for greenhouses might help with seasonal affect disorder since they mimic sunlight. (Or maybe your muscles would grow faster? )
