7 UP Plus
Thought I'd just let you know that I purchased a 12 pack of 7 Up Plus today... good stuff!
only has 10 calories per can. 15 % of your RDA of Calcium and Vitamin C - and it only has 3 carbs (for those that are counting) It's made with splenda (which I love! - more then nutra sweet)
Has anyone else tried it?
Dana

Haven't tried it yet, though I really want to! How's it different from normal 7-Up?

We got it out here a few months ago. I liked it at first and then I found the berry flavoring to turn on me - I just didn't like it after awhile.

I tried it tonight... so-so. I don't think I could drink more than a few ounces at a time. I don't mind diet pop, but this tasted VERY diet.

haven't tried it- but I'm hooked on Diet Sprite Zero- 0 carbs, 0 caffeine, 0 sugar... I honestly can't tell the difference at all! I went 2 weeks without soda because I was on phase 1- no more than 20 carbs a day and then I found this stuff. I drink about 8 oz at night after I've drank my 64 oz of water throughout the day.
so give Diet Sprite Zero a shot.

Kandice,
Is the diet Sprite sweetened with aspartame? I have had trouble with aspartame, and was looking to try the 7 up plus because Dana said it was sweetened with splenda.

The diet rites are sweetened with splenda. I see them in the store and plan on trying them but haven't yet. I know they have several varieties.
