Congratulations on your great loss. Any tips you'd like to share about snacks or favorite foods to eat?
Keep up the good work.

Well as far as tips -I guess I'd better 'fess up that I gained .6 at this weigh in. But I know why it was b-day for youngest son and I really over did it at his party. Anyway it's back to work this week. I think what really helped that first week was that I made a big pot of soup that was all core and I ate that for lunch almost everyday. Also I have oatmeal with unsweetened applesause, Splenda and cinnamon for breakfast and sometimes for a snack. I don't have to add butter 'cause it's good enough without it. Another favorite of mine is the plain non-fat yogurt with pineapple and Splenda. I like core because I can eat fruit or another core snack if I'm hungry and even though some of the carbs are limited it's still better than Atkins or some of the other low carb diets out there.
