Morning all! All I have to say is that I am soooo sore from yesterday's workout. Every part of this body is aching. woooowee! Going up and down the stairs is a challange this morning, but I know that's because it was the first time I did all that stuff.

JIll, don't feel bad about the pics. You are beautiful...the is just reminding you to stay on track thats all. Thats why only one looks like that. It's a warning, not to eat the candy...lol I know you know that's not the way you look, but I've been there before too with picture, oh my gosh, the ones from my bf wedding are soo horrible it's not funny. I told he that when I lose my weight, I'll put the dress back on and paste me over the old picture...lol

Michelle, I just wanted to say that you are very giving of yourself. I know those people will appreciate your time and effort. I'm really proud to know you. It takes a special person to do what your doing. Keep up the good work.

All right ladies, I am going to get myself ready for the gym, but god only knows how I'm going to do anything this sore. I will give it my best shot! ttyl

Michelle, way to go on the getting the ball rolling on those two things.

Cindi, glad you got some rest in.

Hello to Deana, Angel, Chris, Amy and Amy, Geri, Spryng, Penny, and Jessica. And to all you other sahm's. Hope you all have a great day.

I slept pretty good, Andrew woke up once and then at 615 so I stayed up and he went back to sleep. I think today I'm staying home and doing more laundry and maybe joining another flylady challenge. TTYL

good morning,

If its not one thing around here, its another. Now Nicole has diarrhea. What to do with the girl.

I made it through all the water yesterday and got some exercise in and didn't send my WW points through the roof so I guess it was a great day.

Michelle-glad you are able to help so many people. It must be a great feeling to help out in the capacity that you are. I really admire that. As far as being with someone who has no family-That will mean so much to the person. It's probably very scary for most.

Hi all you other gal pals. I'll check back later after I get the little peoples off to school. Then I won't have to play the time crunch game. Be back later.

Hey there ladies! A quick post from me! I am so pumped! :) Yesterday I had 90 oz. of water, got a 2 mile walk in and slept great! WOW! TOday I have already gotten the dishes done, breakfast done, beds made, kitchen wiped down and now i am getting me and dd ready for another walk! It is tougher with her, but I am going to do it. I bought a podometer and now I am watching every step I take and my goal is to make it 5000 or more a day! MY ultimate goal is 10,000.........that is what is recomended for active weight loss on the little pamphlet! I haven't had any water yet, I had a small glass of Crystal light pink lemonade...I have to have somethign with flavor in the morning, and i don't drink coffee! LOL - but it was only 1 flex points, because it is sugar and fat free! :) DH and I talked more about the gym last night, and we decided that it would be good, but I have to find one that I like as far as the daycare part goes.....and dh said we just have to wait about 1 month, FINE WITH ME! :) ANyway, so now I am off to walk! ;) Hope you all have a great morning! Oh!!! BTW - If any of you like Sprite, they have a new one out, its called Diet Sprite Zero..no sugar, no carbs, no calories! WOOO-HOOO! I am excited to try it! :) TTYL!

Good morning ladies!

Tanner once again slept until after 9 am, maybe this is his new schedule?? I hope so! LOL! I can definitely get used to it, lol.
I don't have much planned for today, the usual house stuff and some more crocheting. The blanket is coming right along but is far from done. It's all done in squares and there will be 12 purple squares and 13 offwhite squares, plus 13 butterfly motifs and attaching it all together and I'm on square 7 of the purple. So slowly but surely. That is why I wasn't online during nap time yesterday, I've decided to use nap time and about 1/2 hr after bedtime to devote to this blanket so I can get it done. My cousin's baby shower is the end of this month. I don't think I can get done in time but I'm trying really hard.
Ok, I have exciting news to report! Well for me anyway, lol... I found a neat website yesterday www.freetrainers.com and it's a site for getting you a workout routine to really tone and get lean. I recalculated my body fat % and it said I have 26% body fat (unlike mybodycomp.com which said 31%, I found out yesterday that site is really off, to my relief, lol) so anywhere from 18-25% is healthy so I'm almost there. So I got an 8 week strength training workout and 12 week ab workout and I'm going to do it! The strength training is only 3 days a week and abs are 2 days a week, so I can do this! Every week the workout changes so your body has variety. So today I start it. I'm very excited about the results in 8 weeks. I'm not going to measure again until the 8 weeks is over. Anyway, just thought I would share!

Penny, don't feel bad, I never got back here yesterday either but I did read everything this morning. So I am caught up. And that is wonderful that you got in some extra exercise last night! Feels good doesn't it? Whenever I over eat the first thing I want to do is something to burn it off... not that I always do it, lol... but it's great that you did! You are doing so great lately! Keep it up!

Chris, that is so true with kids, if it's not one thing it's another, right? Hope your dd gets better fast! And congrats on doing so great OP yesterday! I think everyone is having a good OP week!

Crystal, glad you got a good nights sleep. Any news with your sis?? I don't even know her and I feel so excited and anxious for her, lol.

Mel, what kind of workouts did you do yesterday? What parts of the body did you focus on?

Michelle, you are truly my inspiration! What a wonderful selfless woman you are! Volunteering for all that says so much about your character, I wish I could do the same. Let us know how things progress ok?

Jill, I'm sure those pictures are better than you think. When we went down and had family pics made (the entire family, in-laws and all) I hated my picture when it was done! My face also looked big and I was shiny! (nothing worse huh? lol) but everyone that sees it says differently so we really are our worse critics. I'm sure you look great!

Geri, how was your first day OP? Great I hope, no late night munching was there? Oh and yes the kitten came out from behind the dishwasher finally... I guess sometime during the other night because when I turned it on yesterday morning nothing happened so I found a mirror and stuck it back there so I could see and it was empty, I found her behind the dryer, lol. But she stayed hid all day and once the kids went to bed last night she came creeping out, made a bee-line for the litter box and played all night, lol. I think she just needs more time to get used to all of us. She was 100% wild when they caught her so she's adjusting. The other one is as friendly as can be though, it was all over me yesterday, very cute. And the litter box is in the open but Tanner hasn't really touched it. He did destroy their food yesterday but the littler box has been safe so far, I hope it continues, I don't have anywhere to hide it so the kittens can get to it though so it has to stay where it is.

Well, I am running out of time so I'm going to have to stop posting for now. Sorry if I missed any of you! I'll be back soon though. TTYL!

Hey I'm back home...and watching...you guessed it! We are watching Jamaiica Barbie. I think I have the words memorized now. Scary!

I have a mission today. I'm rearranging my kitchen cupboards. We bought this house 1 1/2 years ago and I'm finally going to make my kitchen a bit more functional. I cleaned the kitchen last night before I went to bed. Most of the laundry is done. All I have to do is clean the family room and our bedroom. Our bed is somehow Kayla's play area. She sets up all her polly pockets and lil' bratz dolls and plays on it all the time. I think the flylady would call it a "hot spot". I may even get enough time in to work on my scrapbook. Yesterday I helped my sister work on my nephew's quilt. It's going to be cute. I'd love to make another quilt but she has my sewing machine right now. I don't have a chance of getting it back until she's done making the bumper pads and his crib skirt. I wish I had her creativity. They decorated their sons' bedroom so neat. I'll have to sneak pics of that too.

TTFN...I gotta go. I feel like a ball of energy today. And I've already downed 24 oz. of water. Yippeee...

Chris, give us a little profile, so I can add you. Just like some listed.

Spryng, Yeh! onTanner sleeping in again...Bugga was up at 620 ughhh... Yesterday we worked the WHOLE body, to find out where my strenghts and weaknesses are. We found my right side is more flexible then the left, but not as stong and vise-versa. Today, I took a hot shower to losen up and headed for the gym. I was able to get threw 25min on the treadmill before, my legs had enough. Then I did some streching exercising for 10minutes to losen up everything. I felt good until I got home. I am hurting even more now. OH MAN! walking down the stairs is horrible. I can barely do it. I might have to take another hot shower just to losen up again. It's amazing the muscles I found in this body...lol. I am taking a class in croching now. I like it, but I don't think I'm very good at it. I guess it'l take time. She goes through so much so fast and then you mix it all up. double crochet, half double and so on. I was practicing the other day and realized I was doing it all wrong. It looked pretty cool thow. It made such a nice look. lol I invented my own stitch. I was trying to do a half double and went YO and threw the loops, went through one stitch and then through all three. INstead of going under the loops and then through all three. It looks really neat though. Cool on that site btw. I'll have to check it out. have a good one.

Wow, kinda quiet here today huh? That's ok, makes it easier for me to keep up, lol.

So I haven't got much done today, as far as housework anyway. I did a load of dishes and then worked on my blanket. When the kids went down for thier nap I exercised!!!! I haven't worked out in quite a while so it felt good. Hard, but good. I did pushups, bicep curls, squats, rear dips, chin ups, lateral lifts, calf raises and then my abs, 30 crunches, 30 leg lifts, and 30 side twists. I was worn out when I was done. I know I'll be sore tomorrow. But tomorrow is a rest day so that is ok. I took a cool shower and then made my crustless pumpkin pie and got it in the oven and now the house smells sooo good! We are having Spinach and Chicken Pasta tonight with corn on the cob and then the pie for dessert. What are you all planning?

Mel, take it easy the rest of the day and let your body recover, lol.. and send some of that energy and zeal my way! :) That's so great that there is another crocheter here!!! Are you working on anything specific or just practicing your stitches? I am pretty much self taught. I grew up in a house where my mom and grandma crocheted and my mom was dyslexic so she couldn't teach me because it messed her up, lol and my grandma only taught me how to make a chain. So several months ago I decided I needed a hobby so I went to walmart and bought a teach yourself to crochet kit and have been doing great since! I got alot of info off the net too. I've made 2 baby afghans so far and working on two more. But I just love it and it's so relaxing.

Chris, you have lots of pent up energy too! Good luck on your kitchen project, sounds like work! lol. My kitchen is very functional so I'll leave it the way it is, lol. I have a sewing maching I've never used, I want to take up sewing someday too.

Kristin, you snuck in on me earlier... sounds like you did awesome yesterday! Keep it up! How many steps have you taken so far today? That's strange about the new diet sprite, the old diet sprite didn't have sugar, cals, or carbs either so what is so different about this new one?? Hmmm... I may have to look it up.

Ok, I'm off here for now. Will be back later!

spryng
10-06-2004, 03:52 PM
ok, looked up the new sprite and found out this... it's the same as the old diet sprite, they just decided it needed a new look and new name but it's the exact same diet sprite, so I hope that helps... it did for me, lol.

Hello, ladies! I was down 1.6 yesterday, that is 3.4 in 2 weeks. I guess the days on 5 pounds in the first week are over. I have been doing core but also tracking my points.

Spryng - Thanks for all the great recipes. I am going to have to try them all out.

Geri - Are you back to work part or full time?

Crystal - Are you going to find out girl or boy?

Michelle - Still busy with the kids and working!

I can not seem to remember much of any of the post. Have a good week ladies.
I have overbooked our week as usual. JW is up.

Spryng, I'd have to agree with you. It's really quiet on here today. Well I got my kitchen all organized. Now all my cooking supplies are together above my counter and stove so I can have my own little prep area. I have 2 more loads of laundry to do, and my bedroom left to clean. Not too shabby. I even got outside and cleaned out our carport of all the leaves. Tonight, I'm sure it will be cleaning with my husband at his work...which means I'll be doing the mopping. He hates it.

Oh BTW Spryng...where are you getting all the dinner ideas? I am absolutely sick of eating the same thing over and over again. And I am the "uneducated" cook when it comes to preparing healthy food. I can handle breakfast and lunches but after that....forget it!

I think I'll kick back and play Mario World for awhile then work on a scrapbook page or two. Maybe read some. Depends on how much time I have before the DD and DH get home.

TTFN...

Chris, great job and everything you got done today! That is fantastic! I wish I have been as productive. Maybe after dinner I'll really bust a move, lol. I get my dinner ideas from everywhere! The ones I've been posting on the mom's losing weight board lately are from what I've found on the net. I'm going to start going through my personal recipes soon (in my cookbooks here) and post some of my favorites. But I love variety so I'm always looking for that next great recipe. Have fun with Mario World!

melinda, hello!! So nice to see you here. Wish you could stop in more often. Great job on your losses!! seems Core is working for you! There are several on the Core Board here at 3fatchicks that are doing what you are, combining Core and Flex, they call it Flore, lol... you may want to come by someday and post! :)

Well my pie is done and it smells and looks way too good, I hope I can wait until after dinner before I attack it, lol. But I think exercising has made me hungry and I'm counting the minutes until dinner time. What is everyone going to be doing or watching tonight?? Lost is on at 7 pm central so I'll be glued to my tv set then, lol... that is such an intriguing show. Don't know what I'll do after it's over. Ok, gonna jet, TTYL!

hey there Gals! :) Gotm y work out in this morning, with sydney is was a little stop and go, but I really tried and I know that even doing SOMETHING is the best!

Spryng - well that is one marketing ploy that worked on me! LOL! :lol3: YOU were right, it was just a pretty box that I saw at supertarget last night at 10pm and thought - OOHH! pop I can drink......well it worked, thanks for heads up though! LOL! I am kicking myself over that ! :) oh well....I have walked 1567 steps so far. other than my walk, I have been sitting and matching socks and folding laundry.....so not a great first day, but I will keep going! Also 32 oz. of water today so far! I had a smart ones ravioli for lunch..so that was good. NOt sure what dinner will be, I think maybe baked fries and herbed chicken fingers...How do you make/bake your french fries? I notice that you guys have them alot, is there a certain brand that you prefer or do you do them yourself? A;so - how do the WW frozen entrees fit into core...or do they? I am thinking about trying core, it seems a little more "me".....I am finding that I eat all my points and am still hundry at like 6pm, probably since i am getting so much water and exercising more...I have more energy! Thanks, sorry for the book! LOL!

Mel - HI! I just got your IM, sorry I was outside for a while! Sydney is feeling better....but we are having a tough day..she WILL NOT listen to me on anything that I tell her today so my patience is being extrememly tested! LOL! glad she is napping...so all in all, that is a good sign that she is feeling better.....no coughing today either! You sound like you are feeling great, I am so proud of you!!!!!!! KEEP IT UP GIRL!!!!!

Penny - I just got your little note, I love ya girl, that was so sweet! :)

JIll - where are you?

Michelle - I miss you terribly, we need to chat again!

Geri- how are you doing today??? Still OP??? huh? HUH? YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Ricci - how is school going? we miss you! let us know how you are!

Angel - I am still cracking up about those kittens and your children not helping...that is why we have one dog, and hubby is responsible (when he is home! LOL! )

Melinda - :cheer: Way to go, you sound like you are doing awesome! What is your regimen? did you find help in that one book that you were reading?

Crystal - HOw is your day going? getting your cleaning done? BTW - we haven't heard much about your healthy eating and such! HOw are you doing in regards to making your pregnancy healthy? Was there anything specific that you wanted to do to stay healthy?

Cindi - HOw are you feeling today? still a sore throat? Hope you are getting some good sleep during this down time!

Deana - What are you up to today!?!? Sounds like you were super busy and got a lot accomplished yesterday, are you resting a little today!?!?! !I hope so, but way to go on getting all that done!! :)

Chris - sorry about your daughter, I hear ya about always something...thats the way it is here too! I wish I had a sewing machine, I really love to sew but maybe some day! HOw neat that your sis is making the babies stuff, I would love to see the pics of that!!!

well - if I missed you, you know I love you! :) haha - those of you lurking, get back here and post again, Jaymi ,di, ginny! We miss ya! ;) OKay - well, I;m outta here for a while, I will check back later! TTYL !

Hey girls sorry I haven't been here it was a busy day at school and I have my night class tonight too so I need to finish up my reading. As far as QOTD goes I was hoping I could change my day since Wednesdays are my busiest days as far as school goes. Let me know if that is ok.

So I will say the QOTD and then I should probably get off here and maybe post late tonight and tomorrow morning. Anyway here goes:

QOTD: If you had to work but could be anything you wanted what would you be and WHY?

This is easy for me a TEACHER!! Because I love kids and knowledge is power, ya ya I know that was corny!

Anyway I need to get off here and get some work done but I just wanted you all to know that I am doing pretty good today. No exercise except for the extreme hills and giant campus I had to walk all over today but I will go tomorrow and that will be day 3 so I am still in on the challenge. Almost got 30 oz of water down but I still have a 4 hour night class so I will have nothing better to do anyway than drink my water! Hope you gals have a great night!! TTYL

P.S. Dinner is pork loin in the crockpot with BBQ sauce and then I am going to shred it up and put it on WW buns for pork sandwiches, was going to make potato salad too but I don't think I have time!

OK I'm back!! And I'm stuffed! LOL! Dinner was sooooo good! I couldn't stop at one serving. But since I skipped breakfast and had a small lunch I figure it didn't hurt anything. If anyone is wanting to try a new recipe I suggest trying this one! Spinach and Shrimp pasta (I used chicken) it was so creamy and good and the kids raved about it and even asked for it for breakfast, lol. So it must have been good. :) Now that dinner is done I plan on cleaning for the next two hours. i will get my kitchen back in order, living room vacuumed, bathroom cleaned up and then sit down and fold laundry until 7 pm. So You won't see another post from me until much later tonight.

Kristin, your dinner sounds great! On core we don't use frozen fries so I just slice up several potatos into strips, spray a pan with pam and then spray the fries also with it, add salt or seasoning salt and bake at 425-450 degrees until they are brown and crispy on the outside but tender inside. And smart ones, lean cuisines, healthy choice and all those other frozen meals are not on core, but you get 35 weekly pts to use on stuff like that so they are not off limits, just not free on the core list. Did that help any? Are you eating your activity pts? Doesn't sound like it if you are hungry at 6 pm and out of pts, so try eating them or yes, switch to Core! I think it's a great program, you can always try it for one week and if you don't like it switch back to Flex. Let me know what you decide.

Ok, I will see you all tonight. Have a great evening all!!!

Man,I've been tring to get to post this morning and it is now 8:30pm and i'm just now making it here.I've been really bad today.I did smoke about 4 or 5 cigrettes and started back on my caffiene free diet pepsi.Well,I can't be perfect all the time.I guess I should allow myself a slip up everyonce in awhile.
It's kinda hard to be healthy when you were raised up in an unhealthy home.

Kristen-You need some kittens? lol.I bought cat repellent just to keep them off of me so I can get stuff done.Their cute but a pain.Glad Sydney is feeling better.I've been pretty lucky. So far,my kids haven't been to the doctor yet.
It's that time of year.

Chris-Sorry about your daughter, hope she gets better soon.feed her lots of cheese and peanut butter if possible and keep water in her so she doesn't get dehydrated.I'm not a doctor but that normally worked for my kids or you can just try some rice.Good Luck :)

QOTD:If I worked and could do anything I wanted to I would want that job that the host has on the travel channel.I can't think of her name but she travels and checks out spas and the best get aways to go to.You already know why I would want that job. This is hypathetical of coarse.I can't do it with 4 kids. That sure would be my dream job though.

Meltin-Congrades on the weight gone. :cheer: Keep up the great work. It's always exciting to watch the scale go in the right direction. :D

Spryng-Dinner sounds great.I love spinach i'll have to try that one night.Could you post the recipe? You might have already and I probly missed it.Have fun getting the house cleaned lol  I'm dead by eight.I think i'm going to go to the doctor and see why I never have energy.

Well i'm going to take a bath and relax for awhile.Maybey it will give me some energy.I'll be back later.

Hi gals. I haven't checked in all day...well, since this morning. I didn't do any cleaning today. I've had a ton of research stuff to do on the net.
QOTD: Either an actress or small business owner, you know, my cafe!!!

Spryng, sis is still waiting. She thinks this weeked sometime. We'll see, though.

Jill, have fun at class.

Kristin, the only thing I'm doing to stay somewhat healthy is just not eating as much as I always have in past pregnancies. In the past, I would eat and eat and eat and snack and snack and snack. Now with all these kids I don't have that much time. I'm still gaining weight and more than I should and I don't eat the things that I should but I do eat a few better things and just not as much.

Hope everyone has had a great day. I'm getting the kids ready for bed and then settle down for the night. TTYL

Hi all...yes...still OP :)
So I get up at 5:30 on Wed & Fri so I can shower, get dressed, have a cup of coffee & breakfast (bowl of cereal) before having to wake up the boys. I start to shag them out of bed around 6:30 so I can get them dressed, get all our stuff in the car and be on the road by 7. This morning Will was crying I want to sleep..let me sleep...ugggghhhhhhh! It took about 15 min just to get him dressed and a baggie of fruit loops in the car to get him to stop crying. Then of course when I go to pick them up tonight after work...neither one wants to come home with me!!! Is it worth all this hassle???? lol Tomorrow will be easier because my Mom comes here on Thursday. I'll still get up at 5:30 so I can get my 3 mile walk in. No exercise for me today. By the time I pick up the boys and get home and make some kind of dinner it's nearly 7. Then had to run and buy birthday presents for the 2 birthday parties we have this weekend.
So, as usual, I'm beat!
As far as QOTD..I'm just not creative enough to come up with questions...plus I don't get down here until evenings usually so I won't be asking any :) and I'll answer the one's I have a good answer for if that's OK ;).
Have a great night all and I'll try again tomorrow night.

Hello all.
Sorry I didn't get here today. I have been SUPER busy today. Right now I'm tryin gto wind down enough to go to bed.

Got up this morning and instead of turning the computer on, I went in and started geting my scout things ready for tomorrow's meeting. I have everything except the attendance chart which I wil ldo in the morning on poster board. Then I had to get dd ready for school, did my 2 mile WATP, took a shower, took dd and the baby chicks to preschool then went to the boys' school and took them to 3 different classes there, made a stop in town, back home to drop off chicks, back to preschool to pick dd up, then to the boys' school to pick up cub scouts and went to the meeting. Got home, finished getting supper ready, got dh out the door and started making phone calls for cub scouts. Had to run to town and drop off movies, go to the grocery store for some milk and such, then back home, called a friend, put kids to bed, talked to dh on the phone (he called to inform me that he is working 2 extra nights this weekend) and I am ZONKED!!!!!

Sorry I'm not going to get personal tonight. I am sooooo tired. Tomorrow is more scouts. Every Wednesday and Thursday is cub scouts unless school is out or they get out early for something. Dang it, I still haven't done my calendar for the next 2 months. I need to get that done before tomorrow afternoon.

I know.....I'm long winded.... .

WTG to the losers, glad it seems everyone is feeling better, WTG on the excercise and water. I got in 120 oz and 2 mile WATP (30 minutes). Going to do it again tomorrow.

Will be back in the morning. Have a great night.

Good evening all!

one last post from me and then I'm off to bed. Lost was pretty good tonight. I like learning about the people on the island but the irritating part is, we still don't know why Kate was arrested! I guess that will be in a later show. Next weeks episode looks really good... more about the monsters on the island.

Deana, you were busy today! Rest up and we'll see you tomorrow!

Geri, so glad you are back OP!!!! I know you will go all the way this time. Don't you just feel better knowing you are doing the right thing?

Crystal, I wouldn't worry about the weight you are gaining, I mean this will be the last baby you have so you'll have plenty of time after she/he is born to lose it and we will be here with you every step pf the way :)

Angel, are you exercising? I know that helps alot of people overcome early eveing fatigue, it may help you. And yes I've posted that recips on the mom's losing weight board, here I will post the link for you http://groups.msn.com/momslosingweight/recipes.msnw?action=get_message&ID_Message=114&ShowDelete=0&CDir=-2 it's called Spinach and Shrimp pasta, I made mine with chicken though and seasoned it with poultry magic which gave the dish such a wonderful flavor, so you may want to try something like that instead of the plain salt and pepper it called for. But it was delicious! I think I'll be eating the leftovers tomorrow night for dinner if the kids don't eat it for breakfast, lol.

Jill, I just noticed you posted the same time I did earlier tonight. Sorry I missed you! Yes it's fine to change your QOTD day, let me know which days work for you ok? Your dinner sounded wonderful! I love bbq sandwiches... now you have me craving bread, lol. I've been craving bad stuff all night, thank goodness I don't have anything in the house that I am craving or I just might cave, lol.

QOTD- my fantasy job would be acting or broadway.... a real job I would love to have would be working with animals... so maybe a vet or even a pet store owner would be fun!

Well, I guess I am off to bed. See you tomorrow! G'nite!

Hey ladies!!

Sorry such a late check in for me I have been having horrible migraines off and on for the last few days and today was horrid! I had to work on top of it lol gosh I'm a glutton for punishment! ;)

I start class on the 18th I'm veryyyyy anxious!!

QOTD: Fantasy job, well I've wanted to be an accountant forever! But I also dream of playing in a symphony (boston symphony especially I LOVE Seiji Ozawa) I'm sure I spelled his name wrong lol oh well, and then the dream that I get to live is being a sahm with my 2 beautiful girls, I'm so grateful that god gave them to me!

Spryng I love all the recipes you've posted I have some to post too when I get a moment :)

Penny how are you girly?

Jill how is school? My books should be here by the beginning of next week I have Eng 101 and IT 110. I have a paper due the day class starts which is a 3 paragraph autobiography. I'm a horrible writer and I dread the professor ridiculing my punctuation lol yikes!!

Geri hang in there mama! I'm thinkin of ya!

Penny thanks for the note! You always make me smile :)

Leigh are you ever coming back?

I know I've missed some of you but its 2 am I need some sleep! You all have a wonderful evening (rather morning ;) )
