PCOS/Insulin Resistance Support - can someone plz help?

how do you know if you are ir?

You have to get your doctor to draw blood on you (fasting blood test - no food prior to test for 8-12 hours, depending on what your dr orders). He will have to order a glucose tolerance test with insulin (IGTT) and from that he can tell if you are insulin resistant.
