:coffee: Another 3 and a half lbs.27 & a half all together. I took everyones advise and upped my cals to around 1000 a day to. Cals are working so much better for me then the carbs were. I found some very nice low cal bread,[40 a slice] and can have sandwiches again.Also those Lean Budget Gourmet frozen antrees are cheep,good and with a veg on the side ,do able. My only problem now is I'm losing my determination. What got me started was becoming furious at all the problems being over weight was causing. It's hard to maintain that which is why I'm here. It's time for a good kick in the backside. :^:

congrats on the 3.5 pounds! don't lose your determination. i know its hard but you have everyone here behind you and rooting for you!

Congrats! That is awesome! I am a calorie counting fanatic myself. I think all programs work...for the right person! If you ever need any tips, recipes or anything for the calorie counting, lemme know.. I have a library of stuff!! keep up the great work. You are off to a fantastic start!

Congratulations! Great News!

I as well am a calorie/fat counter and its always worked fairly well for me in the past. However, I as well lately have been losing some of my motivation.. Its hard but let's stick through this one together and we'll do it!!! I think EVERYONE loses their determination a little now and then.. it's just important to stick through it. ;)
