Default Unexpected source of trans fats (this will make you smile!)
Well since I had my baby a few years ago I have had a few problems down under. All that pushing...you know what I mean

Well I had to administer a suppository today because I had a bit of pain and guess what .... Anusol (what a delightful name, don't you think?) has HYDROGENATED VEGETABLE OIL. I wonder if that's in the good carbs, good fats book and I wonder if it matters what end you put it in......

Oh Gosh, sorry if this is offensive to anyone, but it really made me smile!
