oatmeal = 2
sugar = .5
mixed berries = .5
hb egg = 2

snack
banana = 2

lunch
salad = 0
lf parm = 1
chicken = 2
s cow = 2

snack
1/2 bagel = 3

dinner
turkey = 2
bun = 1
corn = 1
rice = 4

snack
s cow = 2

daily total = 25
flex balance = 35-1=34

Breakfast: Kashi with milk 250 cal.
Snack: 1/2 banana, 10 almonds, 4 dried apricots 150 cal.
Lunch: 10 oz coke, 3/4 hamburger, fries 700 calories???
Snack: 4 mini chocolates, yogurt w/strawberries & granola 350 cal.

flex balance = 34-4=30

brownie = 10

soup = 4
salad = 2
cake = 10

daily total = 34
flex balance = 30-10=20

**note: total guess on the dessert points.
