I would love to talk to see how it is going? sparrow 04-28-2001, 02:49 PM Hi! I started using the walking tapes about 2 weeks ago. I bought them about 1 year ago from Qvc. It took me that long to get motivated to exercise! I don't think anybody hated exercising as much as me! However, I find these tapes easy to use. I like that there isn"t many steps to learn, and you really feel like you had a great workout when you are finished. I have been completing tapes 1 and 2,so thats 2 1/2 miles about 5 days a week. I just saw an infomericial for a new series of tapes that are out,and ordered them. The only thing I don't like about the tapes is I get bored using the same one-over and over. I plan on changing every day, so I don't get tired of doing the same thing. Lauren wwgal 04-28-2001, 03:54 PM SO the tapes you bought from qvc are one mile and a two mile tape it seems like you are really getting in your walking. I just bought the walk away the pounds and i really like it. I am new to her tapes (this is the first one that i have and i really like it) i was afraid it would not get my heart going but it does. I am thinking about getting the 3 and 4 mile power walk tapes soon i just can;t decide. well i hope you will post here often so we can share how it is going sparrow 04-29-2001, 10:32 AM HI! The package I bought from QVC contain 3 tapes Volume1- Intro& 1/2 mile Volume2-2 miles Volume3-4miles. The newpackage that I ordered contains 1 ,2,& 3 mile tapes. It also has a set of weights,a sample of her supplements, and a meal plan. I can't wait to get it! emmy32 04-29-2001, 10:47 AM Hello everyone! I have been using Leslie Sansone tapes for about a month now. I have the 3 mile power walk, the 123 super fat burn, and the 2 mile walk. I try to do one of her tapes at least 5 days a week as well as following weight watchers and I have lost 13 pounds this past month. Out of all the exercise tapes I have ever done Leslie's tapes are the only ones I see myself sticking to long term. Good luck with your weightloss everyone. I still have a long way to go myself but I believe these tapes will help get me moving and get me to goal. Take care. wwgal 04-29-2001, 03:29 PM Emmy32- WHere did you get the 3 mile power walk at , I have been looked for that tape. HOw do you like the 123 super fat burning tape? Right now i have the 2 mile ( which i love ) and the 1,2,and 3 mile tape from the walk away the pounds set. I like the tapes where she uses weights i can really feel them working. when i first heard about leslies tapes i was afraid they really wouldn;t give me a work out but i can slowly feel things firming up and i have also lost 1 1/2 lbs this week. so i am happywith the results. wwgal 04-29-2001, 04:18 PM do you use the toning belt with the 123 super fat burning? wwgal 04-30-2001, 12:07 PM well i did the one mile tape today and i am hoping to get more walking in later. DOes anyone have the 3 mile power walk or the 4 mile power walk. emmy32 04-30-2001, 01:46 PM wwgal here is a link to her website. http://www.walkaerobics.com/Default.htm You can find all her videos here. I do use the toning belt with the third mile on the 123 super fat burn. It is a good workout. If you want to use weight get the 3 mile power walk she uses weighted gloves all through it. Really uses the upper body muscles. Good luck! Take care. wwgal 05-10-2001, 10:26 PM SO how is everone doing with their walking. I have fallen off the last few days but i will start again tomorrow. vBulletin® v3.6.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd.
