Week 2: 2x 45 min. aquasize, 1.5 hr. casual walk around Ikea
Week 3: 1x 1 hr. aquasize, 1x 45 min. aquasize

Jen (midwife)
Goal: 175lbs.
Week 1: ? no update
Week 2: 184.5 (-2)
Week 3: 184.0 (-.5)

Rabbit
Goal: 177lbs.
Week 1: Maintain
Week 2: (On vacation)
Week 3: +2.5 lbs.

drummergirl
Goal: Exercise 3x week
Week 1: N/A
Week 2: 2x workout
Week 3: 3x 1/2 hr. fast walk

Down to 184...I fear I will NEVER see 170s. I think I am at a plateau....the first 20 lbs flew off and now...eeekkkk....Jen

I'm embarrassed to say i did not exercise at all this week. Seemed like something was up each day I was gonna go. :( I've been pretty beat and achey too, but being in the pool would've helped that.

On Weight Watchers, 6th week of Maintenance.

Goal weight: 127
Current weight: 129
I am going to a meeting tomorrow.

Usual exercise routine: strength train/stretch 3x/week; need to add some kind of aerobics class. I don't enjoy treadmills or elliptical machines.

Any thoughts on maintaining/keeping it off thru a cold winter?
