I am new here and wanted to take a moment and say hello! My name is Liz and I am just starting out.. wanted to pick a spot to start and this looked like a good place to do so! I am 22 and just graduated college - obviously trying to shed some of those beer deposits! haha!

Alcohol is evil sometimes.. hehe. I hear you on that losing "beer" weight, however I kept to girly fruity drinks that just taste yummy! I am trying to lose some "discovery of fast food" weight, and I managed to find about 1-2 pounds of it while I was on vacation.. anyone want it? ;) Welcome Liz ! :)
