South Beach Diet - Anyone with this problem?

I was wondering if anyone had the problem if they eat something with sugar or really off program if they experience stomach problems or feel nausas ( I think I spelled that wrong :twirly: ) Just wondering this seems to be happening to me. Thanks ;)

Depending on how much I consumed (usually more than nessesary), I sometimes have some issues involving a bathroom.....
Have you noticed it getting worse as you lost more weight? Maybe our bodies are screaming at us to STOP EATING THE JUNK!
If you are really concerned though, mention it next time you are at the Dr, perhaps they have some more insight?
