Made It Through Day 1
Hurray, I made it through day one, and even though I promised myself that I wouldn't weigh myself until next week, I had to take a peek anyways, and I was 2lbs lighter! I know it's just water weight, but that's inspiring enough for me! I took a trip to the grocery store and found two items for picky eaters and non cookers like me. Tyson makes a little package of already cooked chicken strips to throw into a salad, and Eckridge Farms makes 97% fat free Canadian bacon that is as thin as lunch meat and already cooked. I tried the chicken yesterday with Carb Solutions WishBone Italian dressing, which is excellent, and the canadian bacon this morning which was also excellent.
