B: Steel cut oats with a tsp of Almond Butter and Splenda
S; Cottage cheese and fruit cocktail
L: Subway 6 inch turkey sub, Im ONLY counting the bread points. Im ok with that decision. The comes out to 4 points, the whole sandwich has 6. I'm not going to be anal about counting 4 paperthin slices of turkey breast and 2 small triangles of cheese. ( see how I rationalize this? Im ok with it though!!!)
D: Homeade turkey meatballs and sauce, WW pasta, salad veggies
Dessert: SF/FF Pudding

On my way to the gym to lift weights!!

Yes, thanks I'm aware of that. Except Boar's head, right? Nevertheless, I am not counting the points for it, because the three slices of turkey breast were so thin you could spit thru them. I probably had zero-1 points worth. Im not going to get anal and obsess about this.
