Hi,
I just got the latest issue of Canadian Living magazine and it has a section on the GI diet. The plan itself sounds a bit complicated - back to counting this and that - but the recipes look good. Some of them are online, others aren't. I'll give you the web site and then post other recipes later once I've had a chance to try them. I couldn't post this in recipes because there isn't one particular type.

The site is CanadianLiving.com, then on the left you'll see "New and Noteworthy" and within that is a heading for the GI Diet Eating.
