I have to work tonight; leave day job at 4:30 and go straight to night job ... so there won't be time to eat between. Hopefully it won't mess me up too badly not eating dinner, but I definitely don't want to be eating at 10:30 p.m.!

Bindy, Eat something light before bed won't hurt. Some people have no problems at all eating late and others it bothers their sleep patterns and/or hunger the next day but remember it is food in a 24 hour period/pionts in a 24 hour period that matter cuz your body don't know it is midnight or noon or 3 am or 3 pm when you eat.

Kelly, you must plan on being up all night long! I can drink a glass of milk before I go to bed and am up 2 or 3 times! You are right about the time of day you eat. Think I read research done on that somewhere--full of useless trivia, I am, I am
B: yogurt/fruit salad (finally finished it off)
S: banana
L: SubWay (friend at work wanted to go to lunch)
Proud of this one: I was gonna get my regular WW sub/baked chips/diet cola and just count the points.
Instead I chose a grilled chicken salad that they let me choose all core veggies in/topped with FF Italian dressing and unsweetened tea. CORE
D: Taco salad (fixed a big one and ate about 1/4. just got full so I stopped)
S: if I get hungry, I may fix some sf/ff choco pudding.
or glass of milk
