so I had 1 cup whole milk and 3 heaping tsp of (english) Cadburies drinking choc
at 200 calories and 9.1 grams of fat it is deliciously worth 5 pts

I splurge everyday! Sounds worse than it is though! I have soft drinks everyday, not even the diet kind (but I'm allergic to diet pop anyways), I have to cut back on my points from elsewhere, so I eat tons of veggies to make sure I'm eating enough. I'm not ready to give it up just yet... however I'm considering switching to caffiene free iced tea, it's not lower in points but no caffiene.
