I agree Spryng! It combines the best of all the diet plans into one and it works too!

I'm about to start it. I just found this website -- have been on WW for a while but quit in late spring. I still have about 12-15 pounds to go, so decided to go back on WW and do the Core plan. I'm looking forward to getting lots of good info from you pros!

Welcome Bindy!! I think you will get that 12-15 lbs off in no time! I am Spryng, I've been on ww for almost 1 year now... started Core last week and it's been great for me! I hope you find yourself at home on the boards here and post often if you can and if you have any questions about anything, core related or not, feel free to ask or email me or whatever is easier for you!

Thanks very much! I appreciate the friendly welcome and offer of advice! I'm really gonna be needing it -- I'm so used to writing everything down and counting points that this is going to be weird for a little while.

And congrats to you and Livvi both on your losses!!

This is a very fun and friendly board, I think you will like it here! I am new here, but immediately started making new friends! I started CORE last week, am down 2# this week, so feeling great! I cam off of Atkins, lost 30# there, so was nervous to switch, but did well. Good luck and welcome.

I was down 4 this week. But the past 2 weeks have been very 'low' losses.

Default Lost 6 lbs

I started using Core last Wednesday. I had my wi today since I will be working tomorrow and I lost 6 lbs. To say that I was completely shocked is an understatement! I have done Flex since it came out last year with let's just say mediocre success. I mean, I have lost 32 lbs this past year, struggling for every pound I lost. After only losing a total of 7 lbs this whole summer I am really overjoyed by my results so far (realizing this is the first week and I still have 17 lbs to lose).
I just LOVE Core and what it has shown me I am capable of doing - eating what is nutritionally sound and choosing to do just that. Before I wouldn't choose a lot of fruit because of the points - now I feel like it's something that will be my number one choice when I need a snack and I won't feel guilty for doing so.

I lost four after plateauing for the last month so I was happy. I am 10lbs away from my personal goal range now and 3 lbs away from my meetings being free!!

Lisa: yup, nutritionally sound food generally works better for weight loss and your general health.

Cheers!

OK - I was up .2, but got on the scale this morning and was back down - I think I ate too much before my meeting yesterday . . . going to stick with it though.

Wink I am thrilled

I am so thrilled to see all the 1st week weigh in success! I weight in on Sat. I feel like jumping on now, but I don't want to get bummed if I don't have a big loss, like some of you ladies.

This plan is so great, I almost don't feel like I am dieting...it is scarey!

I want to congradulate you all. I have been posting here and there, because I work full time, but, I hop on after I put the baby down. I want to say this has been very helpful and all the info people have been sharing has been excellent...a great support system.

I hope to get to know you all better, on our road to success.

for you info, see Getting to know eachother..

I will post again on Sat...hopefully with some wonderful news

I've been doing the Core thing loosely for this week, and am down 2 pounds so far. I'm not even "officially" starting until Labor Day ... just so I can go Monday to Sunday (stupid reason, I know, but I'm anal like that).
