Start thinking of what you want to lose - be reasonable! I'll combine them into a September Target Sticky by the weekend.

8 pounds for me. I've got 24 pounds to lose by December 19th if I want to make my mini-goal! (Get to 236 by Dec. 19 and I get to go to Disneyland!)

I'd like to lose 8 pounds in September.

Present weight: 203.5 I lost two pounds since I found this site last week. Hooray for me. :lol:

Well I fell off again :( I am however getting back up, I made it 3 days through Phase 1 and it was careless boredom that has me starting again.

My goal is 10 in September which I hope is possible and I'll aim to do even better.

Ummm Laurie/Beachgal... I could be wrong but I really don't think your goal is to be 636 pounds by Dec. 19th. You won't be comfortable riding Rides at Disney Land FOR SURE if you're that weight!

I am thinking 4 or 5lbs. Mine is not in as big of chunks as others.

I had set my own mini goal of 5 pounds by September 17th - maybe a bit too ambitious, but I've been on a plateau so I think I'm due for a good chunk of it.

September goal is 6 pounds.

I'm gonna say 5 pds. Been on a stinkin plateau since even re-starting the beach this last month. Does not seem to matter if I am good or if I screw up.....I WILL lose it!

Hopefully going back to work full-time will help. :)

Well, since I'm going to be losing "virgin" pounds, they should come off faster, shouldn't they????????????????????? :^:

In September I would like to lose 8 pounds..........pretty lofty goal considering my inability to get motivated to lose these last pounds. I'm doing a little too much justifying the junk I'm putting into my face so I need to clean up the act.

Ok, I'm going to go for 8 whole pounds this month. The weather will be cooling down and DH and I can take the girls and walk at the park. Much more challenging than the mall and not as many distractions.

Oh sheesh. Well, my August goal of 6 turned out to only be 3 (was 5 at one point, but somehow 2 lbs came back right away.) I'm going with 6 for September since volleyball has started. I'm on Ph1 again, so here we go!!!!!

Alright, I've watched you guys make goals again and again.....I'm gonna do it. I am going to step on the scale tomorrow morning and get out the measuring tape. It's time to get serious........

Laurie, if I pass out and am hospitalized after the scale trip....I may be a wee bit late for lunch ;)

I determined to break into the 170s this month. Put me down for 5 pounds. I am going to do 2 weeks of Phase 1 after the holiday weekend, so I should make it.

And I really really really need to exercise. I am enrolling in kickboxing again. Time to get moving.

I doubt I got to my 4 for August but trying 4 for September should be reasonable. Would like to be down into the 180's by my b-day. And with my not being able to eat this month, this should come relatively easy! :faint:

My issue is that I always have a trip (or two) at the end of the month but do well in the first week of the next month. That's when I always go below or reach my goal!!!

No trips in September I come. Ellis - I am stealing that attitude of yours!!!

7 pounds for me. Back to Phase One tomorrow. Each time I revert for a few days back to Phase one it seems to be getting better. I think I'm getting handle on how many carbs and fats my body can handle. My treats have been overloaded the past 2 weeks though so I'm gonna be stricter for awhile. Maybe I should just get a tapeworm.

Last month I hit a plateau and played the up and down game with 1 pound the whole month. For September I would like to set a goal of 5 lbs.

I'm gonna shoot for losing 5 lbs this month, though right now it seems an impossible task. I think I lost 8lbs in August when my goal was 5...maybe I'll have the same success this month.

My September goal is 5 pounds.

I have been away for a while - which really means that I haven't been following the program, have gained back almost all of the 11 pounds that I took off, feeling a bit "portly" and tired of feeling sorry for my self! So, it's time to get back on track and this is a good way to start!

By the way - my butt isn't gone yet!

Yeah, that would be great! I lost 7 1/2 already, so lets go for 20 from my start weight at 272! Thanx!!! I better be 252 by the end of Sept.! LOL

Ok Ladies....I found a scale. We still haven't bought one for the house. I think I'm stopping at Wal-Mart tonight. :)

I weighed myself last night at a party, fulled clothed at about 6 at night....I know, I know, but at least I stepped on right?

I'm 5'8" and this means I have gained about 13 pounds since last year. My goal is 150.

My September goal, and I'm working my butt off to keep up in the exercise challenge this month, is to drop 7 pounds. Let's see the 170's!
