I had my second weigh-in (not including my inital weigh-in) and dropped another 2.2 lbs!! So, good for me!! I am now 3 days into my 3rd week on program and it just dawned on me this morning that I should have dropped my points range since I dropped into "new numbers". My leader never mentioned it and I have been happily eating more points then I should have.
But I will get back on track today with the RIGHT points range!!
How does everyone feel about the Core program?
