Wink still going strong-except one teeny tiny mistake!

I had my second weigh-in (not including my inital weigh-in) and dropped another 2.2 lbs!! So, good for me!! I am now 3 days into my 3rd week on program and it just dawned on me this morning that I should have dropped my points range since I dropped into "new numbers". My leader never mentioned it and I have been happily eating more points then I should have. But I will get back on track today with the RIGHT points range!!
How does everyone feel about the Core program?

Sherry: This may go against conventional thinking, but if you're still losing weight in your old range, maybe try and stick there for a while and if you plateau go down to your new range. About the core, good program for reducing sugar/bad fats, but not for me. I'll try and incorporate some of the prinicples from it though. I just can't have a list of foods to choose from due to a recent binge eating problem, it sets me off, so I feel safer with points and total flexibility.

Hey Sherry! I'm not really informed on the core program (I've always done the points program with WW), but I wanted to say congrats on your continued WL! I've done that before as well though, when I first started out lol, didn't realize it was time to move down to a new points range and stayed on the previous one for a few days ... sounds like you're still doing great though!! Best of luck to ya!
