I hope not... I started my SBD "detox" 8 days ago and I'm down 4 pounds. Last night a friend convinced me that a Klondike Carb Smart Fudge Bar was Phase I friendly, so I endulged. These are really too good to be true! Are these, in fact, acceptable in Phase I???
Total Fat: 7g
Sat Far: 4.5g
Total Carbs: 9g
Dietary Fiber: 1g
Sugars: 3g (Splenda)
Sugar Alcohol: 5g

List the ingredients and we'll tell you. I think I have used these before.

I would say that since it has no sugar you didn't blow the detox but it does seem to be pretty high in sat. fat. Blue Bunny's sf are only 2.5 and I cannot find locally the fudgesicle brand which is recommended. Did you also see the pb cup recipe it is so good and was my saving point on more than one occasion during Phase I.

I know why I switch to Blue Bunny now! The calorie count was higher than the 75 calorie treat amount.

The Blue Bunny are 90 calories which is over too but what are we to do when we cannot get the recommended ones. :(

The Hood ones are less than 75, I think either 25 or 50

I know the ones I had were only 60 calories. They were about half the size of the Klondike ones. Guess I'll have to look at the store and see which they were.
