Hey everyone! This is my introduction... My name is Vickie I am 19 years old and a girlfriend to an amazing soldier :) we have been together almost 2 years and a year of that has been spent away from eachother due to military. I have been joined on here a while and just now getting the time to post. I have started a semi south beach diet but today I want to start full throtle south beach. I just got my book and a few things from the grocery store. I would appreciate any advice or tips or just anything thats important for me to know. I really want to get fit and in shape for his homecoming in January. The last time I saw him I was at my HW of 220 so yeah.... :o By the way for today this is my food plan thingy, please tell me if this is okay to eat?!?! I want to do it right and am open for comments on it!

Welcome!

Your food plan looks okay, but very small amounts of food! If you are still hungry after your meals, make sure you have some more veggies or don't want to be hungry on this plan!

Here's hoping for an excellent reunion when your man comes home!
