Exercise! - Circuit Training?????

Does anyone here do Circuit training? I am going to start this week, doing it my own home with my weights and Elliptical. I need something to shock my body.
Just wondering if anyone else is/has done this. Did you or are you having results with this type of workout? I am used to doing heavy weight training.
