Did my 4.5 miles-put a few tiny bits of "jogging" in there, probably about 1/2 a miles worth:)

Great Thighs Guaranteed video workout
Great ABS Guaranteed workout.
I usually go back to the gym for another workout on the bike in the p.m. with my husband.

Hey SB exercise gang! :wave:
Saturday: walked 40 minutes
Sunday: walked 30 minutes
Monday: got up at 5:15 and did Advanced Walk Aerobics Video for 30 minutes and then did some stomach crunches. Will do more stomach crunches tonight before bed.
Have also had 4 bottles of water already and it is only 10 a.m.
Keep on movin!

Hello everyone
This is the first time I have posted on the exercise board.
Friday I walked for 40 minutes
Saturday, I moved my mother
Sunday I walked and Gardened for about 3 hours
Today I walked for 25 minutes during my lunch hour.
That is all for now
Walked 1.5 miles/ 20 minutes after work tonight. Got too dark to walk further.

TUESDAY---
Did am yoga first thing
Did 28 minutes on TM tonight. Ran three times for a very short amount of time like a minute tops for each one.
Did pm yoga before sleep

Walked for 30 minutes during my lunchhour today.

Went to the high school track today & walked 4 miles, and during most of this time I pushed grandson in stroller. This slowed me down, and had to work harder :D

Tuesday - Walked for 30 minutes - about 1 1/2 miles and swam 14 lengths of pool - about 1/4 mile.
Wednesday - Played badminton for about 2 hours.

Had the best run of my life!
56:47 min. of solid bliss.
My 10km. fun run is May 13th. and I'm right on target.

Tues - TM for 41minutes / 2 miles
Also did some gardening/yardwork off and on for a few hours.
Wed - TM for 35 minutes/ 1.8 miles

Sure didn't feel like doing anything today, but I walked 3.5 miles-despite a lousy sleep last night and a pulled muscle in my calf.:rolleyes:

Thursday - Swam 16 lengths of pool.
Sunday - DA Target Toner - 30 minutes.
Did Cardio 950 reps/ 30 minutes/ burned 158 cals last night.
Walked a total of 9.5 miles this week.
