Well, I've lost enough weight to be happy with. I started out 140lbs about 3 months ago, and lost about 5 lbs on the South Beach, but then gave up. Luckily, I didn't put on any weight but a few weeks later I decided to re start the South Beach. By now, I was 133lbs, and I started Phase 1 16th July. Now, I'm 124lbs. I've lost 16lbs. That's 1 stone 2 lbs. I am SO proud of myself. I feel.. fantastic. My goal weight in the long run is 119lbs, but I'm going to do that very slowly now. I went to the beach the other day, and guess what? I felt good in a bikini. It's been so long. I am SO happy hehe. Anyway, I've lost the weight, and now for my reward. I'm off to Cyprus for two weeks in 2 hours. I can't wait to show my new body off! Hehe
