Since I am new to this weight loss thing I have decided to record my goals.
Short Term Goals (week of 8/14/2004)
1. Drink 8 8oz glasses of water
2. Exercise at least 4 days this week
3.No eating after 7 p.m.
I think these goals are doable! ;)

Good goals! Mine are:
1. Stay away from the :mcd:
2. Limit the soda intake. Maybe 1 a day.
3. Drink much more water
4. Hit the gym at least 3 times a week and walk the neighborhood an additional 3 times.
5. No more snacking after 7. If I eat a later dinner, I can certainly do this.
I am liking your posts more and more! Good way to journal this out!
Hmmm...goals, I hate making too many because then I feel bad when I can't keep them so I'll set some short term ones too.
1. Drink at least 3 small bottles of water a day.
2. Stick to rapid loss plan.
3. Exercise at least 5 times a week.
I dragged my exercise bike up from the basement tonight, just about killed me because it is a heavy sucker, probably should have waited until the hubby is home but I wanted to get it upstairs tonight and I actually rode for 20 minutes so that was good.

My goals:
drink more water
only allowing myself 1 pop a day (this is a biggie for me)
eat healthier [will make menu plans, get dr phils food guide]
work out at least 20 minutes, 5 days per week

Goal - to fit into that sexy black (size 10) dress that has been hanging in my closet for 5 years for New Year's eve 2005~!
Strategies
Eat less fat
Drink more water
Continue to walk 2 miles every other day
Begin crunches this week ~ every other day

Since I have started school this week my goals have become non-existant. But the good thing is that my school has a fitness center and its free. So I plan to go there in between classes. So here we go again.
1. Limit Soda intake to only one a day
2.Increase water intake
3. Exercise 3 times a week
4. Limit fast food to only once a week (including cafeteria food)
Alright I think that's enough to start with. Wish me luck. :barbell:
