Does it Work? - Curves Workout and Diet Plans

Hello. As all of you can see I'm pretty new to the board, I just wanted to know what everyones view on Curves was. I know they have two types of eating plans. Has anyone tried them? Which do you recommend. I worked out at Curves before I hurt my knee and did pretty good, now I'm trying to find a healthy eating plan. Any advice is welcome.

I recomend you do a search on Curves...try the exersize section too...and BTW welcome :)
