Default Success Strategies

I got this off the Atkins website!! ( http://atkins.com/Archive/2004/7/13-890592.html ) I can deal with meals. But I'm wondering....how about dessert?? Quite often I'm hungry for something sweet....so it'd be nice to have recipes for LC stuff. Would love to learn how to make my chocolate chip recipe into a LC cookie recipe!!!!

Success Strategies:

Read the books. That way, you truly understand what you’re doing and how your body processes different types of foods. When you have the education behind the lifestyle, you’ll think before you make food choices.

Realize that you’re never too old or too overweight to invest time in yourself.

Be creative, and make up your own low-carb recipes. I’ve become a whiz at counting the carbs in the meals I whip up.

Buy clothes that fit you, instead of ones that are too big. And avoid elastic waistbands: Let your clothes tell you when you’re gaining or loosing weight.

Brenda, you can go here: http://atkins.com/food/recipes/index.html

You can can through all the categories and find recipies. They have one for cakes and pie and another just for desserts!

Pants w/out elastic ROFL !!!!!!!!!! is there such a thing for a mamacass like me ?
Actually, I find the button pants have HUGE legs and the elastic ones have a slimmer leg to them, I hate big baggy leg pants, it only makes me look 10000x bigger. I'm so used to elastic I don't even think about it anymore.
