Hi, I'm wondering what others' experience was when adding back carbs in Phase II. I must have gone overboard by adding a glass of wine AND a whole grain piece of toast because my weight loss stalled for several weeks. I was overdoing the pistachios though, so that might have tipped the scale (pardon the pun).
I stepped back to one added carb per day and the weight loss started again. I'm officially down 20 pounds since starting SB 7 weeks ago.
I can't believe I should stay at one Phase II carb per day though. What experience have others had?
