Hi Everyone!

I am 26 years old and I have a great husband and 2 sons - one is 4 months old and on is going to be 3 years old next month. I went down to a size 8 after I had my first son and now after my second one, it just doesn't seem to be coming off as easy. I want to say I am like 220 now, but I am not 100% sure because we just moved to NC from NJ and I haven't unpacked the scale yet.....lol. My goal weight is 135 and I am 5'6. I love Dr. Phil and all of his shows, even when he was on Oprah. I currently don't have his book yet, but will hopefully be getting it next week. I could use a buddy and any advice anyone can give. The biggest problem I have is exercise. With the 2 kids, it seems impossible. I would have to get up at 5 every morning if I wanted to squeeze any form of exercise in, but I am NO a morning person! By the time I get the two (monsters) to bed at night it is too late also. Looking forward to getting some feedback from anyone!!!

Jennifer - exercise doesn't mean a trip to the gym. Could you take a walk with the boys? I'm sure you get plenty of exercise running around after them. Exercise can be house cleaning, working in the yard - anything that gets your heart rate up. Sometimes I just put music on and dance around the house. Hold a 1-lb. can of veggies in each hand and get some weights in as well. Do your boys nap? Maybe you could get an exercise video and do that while they sleep.
