I apologize up front if I'm using the wrong forum for this question. I was wondering if anyone else suffers from overeating due to PMS. It seems like the week before or the week of my period, my stomach turns into a bottomless pit. Is there something I can do about this?

I always get cravings during my week. I usually don't let it get to me because i get so bloated anyway. I heard that when you are on your period you burn about 500 more calories than normal. so if you go over your daily calories by 500, I don't think it will matter much. But maybe try to snack on healthier things like fruits and vegetables?
