Hi everyone,

After trying the South Beach diet for a while, and losing on it but suffering health issues, my hubby and I have decided to put me back on WW. I have a new calendar to record my points in and am rip raring to go! I was totally delighted that Starbucks has a lite mocha Frappucino and can't wait to see what other wonderful advances have been made with low point foods!

Welcome Adrianna! :)

WW now provides a lower carb option and a lower protein version.

The lower carb encourages you to eat "better carbs" like whole grain products and brown rice but you still get to eat a balanced diet with fruit and veggies :D

There are tons of great WW recipes on this site and if you check out the main 3fc page there are even more and they show the points values too- very convenient! Also in the fast food guide (also on the 3fc main page) you can look up the nutritional info for a lot of popular restaurants and get the points too.

BTW - I have heard the lite frapuccinos are good!
