Favorite thing about this WOE?
You can't say the weightloss either. Pick something else!
I think for me it's how good I feel after getting through the withdrawls. I never felt "better" on a "diet". I just felt hungrier! ;)

The FOOD!
I've always had 'gourmet' tastes but this WOE has really caused me to branch out and try all sorts of things. I certainly eat a wider variety of foods now than I ever did before.

That's true! I try something new each week and I am finding I like a lot more veggies then I thought I did. ;)

Mine has been getting rid of the carving. I used to be constantly in a war with myself. Now I feel so much in peace. I eat at certain times, controlled and then I am done and don’t have to think or be bothered by it until the next meal.

When I manage to stay on this WOE it's the fact that I'm eating healthy  I've no clue what's gotten into me lately.
