Weight Watchers - hello new gal here!!

hi there!! i have just ww about 5 weeks ago!! so far i am doing okay! i am really excited to read about how all you ladies are doing!

Welcome, Wendimac, WW is great. How are you doing so far? How many pounds have come off in 5 weeks? Whether its 2 or 3, or 9 or 10, it's always good to remember that better off than on! You can find some great support systems on this site, I wish you luck for the future.

thank you for the lovely welcome,dawny!! so far i have lost 9.4 lbs! some days are good but some days just feel like torture! but i muddled through on those tough day and inhale my water and pray tomorrow will be easier! i must admit as i go on it is getting easier and i find myself making healthier choices without even thinking about it!!

welcome wendimac...i am newcomer to the site also...and i do have to agree that i do love readin all of the stories...it is nice to know that we are not alone in the battle of weight...
