Ok my favorite thing to do with my kids is playing outside on the swings or reading books to them.

Jill - Hey girly! I have an emotipad but hadn't reloaded my graphics since I wiped my hard drive. The emotipad cost 15 bucks and I use photobucket to store my images and urls. I have tons of blinkies and dolls and I'm currently learning how to use tubes and glitters with paintshop pro but I can do basic names without glitter with no problem :) I'll do one of your name and upload it Let me know if you like it :)

cool Michelle thanks! What do you use that program for? Do you just play around with it or do you have a website or something? Just wondering cause I love playing around with my computer and finding cool stuff to do on it. Talk to you soon!

QOTD: I keep forgetting to do this! My favorite thing to do with my daughter is to bring her in bed on the weekends with me and my dh and play with her while we are all still half asleep. She loves it because she doesn't see her daddy much during the week and she always looks amazed and so excited that he is in the bed with us! It's so cute!

Hey gals! Hope I will have more time to post/reply later, but we've had a very busy weekend. I'm also totally off plan again. What are ya'll gonna do with me??? I have no idea why I've been so self-defeating lately.
Anyway, more later . . .

Hi all. Sounds like everyone is having a great weekend. I haven't done like anything today. I have one load of laundry to be put away and I have done breakfast and lunch and cleaned the kitchen. I've picked up the livingroom like several times and it needs to be done again. I've sat on my tooshie and watched tv most of the day. Haven't even crocheted. I did take care of some Avon stuff. I've got dinner in the oven.
Tonight we'll watch The 4400 and The Dead Zone so I'll try to get some things done before then.
I hope you all have a great Sunday and I'll try to post again later.

Gosh you would think I would be excited to have the house cleaned, the baby asleep and the dh out with the dog but I am sooooo bored. I'm not used to this. And to make matters worse all you guys seem to be enjoying your Sundays somewhere other than the internet! :comp: How dare you LOL! :nono: Anyway I am going to make meat loaf tonight and hopefully we will have some leftover tomorrow so I don't have to make dinner. Wouldn't that be nice.

Cindi, I was thinking that for our challenge maybe we should measure weight loss and inches. I have done well losing weight before but after an initial weight loss I usually only lost inches. Just a thought. Tell me what you think.

Penny and Melissa if you wouldn't mind could you give us some tips on how your challenge is organized so we can get ours going? Bye the way where are you Penny? I miss all your posts. I know you are in New Orleans but hurry back!

Leigh I'm not really on a plan yet but I have been trying to watch my sugar and high fat intake and I totally blew it this weekend too! Shame on us both, tomorrow is another day though so we can do it! :cheer:

Allright enough for now I hope you all get to posting later :write: so I have something to do, actually you will probably all be posting after you eat dinner which is when I will be preparing mine, darn this time change! :censored:

Jill here is your name but I'm still learning so lol I'll just use your name for my experiments lol. You can right click it and save image as on to your computer then upload it to an image hosting service such as photobucket which is free but you can donate as little as 5 bucks and all bandwidth restrictions are lifted :) I'm gonna play with it some more tonight and figure out how to do these things lol.

Hope everyone is having a good night.

Okay, I am going to attempt to catch up on all I've missed.

Penny - thanks for sharing your SAH story with me :) I'm glad you get to be home with the kiddies now since that's what you want.

Hi, Ricci!

Crystal- sounds like your in-laws are very supportive of you - that's wonderful! SO has DH been in a better mood then? I'm glad you like your hair- I do think it's important to do things to make ourselves feel like we come first once in a while. Hope the kids are feeling better soon.

Geri- maybe the two of us can hang out and eat sweets until we make ourselves ill and want to be back OP!

Jaymi- sounds like you got double exercise since cleaning is a bit of exercise too :D I love your before and after pics! Good for you!!!

Jill - hi! Liam likes to sleep in too. I kind of hope it remains that way - I sure like it! That book sounds good. BTW, I can't even begin to tell you the awful things I've eaten this weekend. Lately, I'm just sooooo weak on the weekends!

Cindi- so are ya'll going to keep the bird? What a story!

Penny- so sorry to hear about Andrew! :( It seems like I've been hearing about fifths disease a lot lately. LOVE the beautiful pic of you :D

Cheri- don't worry abotu Geri- she's over here with me so I can share the doritos and maybe give her some Snickers in return  Just kidding of course!

Melissa- what did you end up doing this weekend?

Michelle- oh no! Hope the wee ones are better very soon :(

QOTD this is a great question :) Fun! Okay, my answer:
Snuggle! I love snuggling with Liam and doing things to make him laugh like kiss his belly, etc. He's very affectionate and always kisses us back, hugs, etc. It makes me melt!

Well, I'm off to eat more fattening food before I start fresh tomorrow AGAIN for a change! TTYL.

Is the first day of MY summer vacation!!! LOL!!!! I am in the home stretch! My kids are so excited they are not sleeping yet!! I have shopped for 2 days straight and I have certainly gotten my exercise, but the food part SUCKED...pardon my french!

Jill, I think measurements is a good idea, I have never tried it. But I know your measurements can change when your weight doesn't! We need to think about rewards, too. It would be cool to send each other something rather than to just get ourselves something for our success!

Leigh, yes we are keeping the bird. It's name is sammy/sami whichever applies!! We are having fun with her, but she is tired and cranky tonight! When at the mall last night I saw one that was really ugly in comparison for 499.00!!!!!! That made me feel good!

Gotta go beat some children! Back after they are at least IN the bed, rather than jumping on it screaming! AACCCCKKKKK!!!

Bayleysmom
08-01-2004, 10:59 PM
Cindi I was thinking the same thing about rewards and such. It just means so much more to get something from somebody rather than get it yourself. I mean if I really want something I'm going to go get it anyway :) (As long as it doesnt cost a lot) so I think that is a great idea. Any idea what we want to send? I'll be on this thing off and on for the rest of the night so I am sure I will catch you soon!

Hi all,

I'm still here...had a birthday party to attend. It was hotter than...heck..outside and then MIL's chair gave out and she fell over and hurt her back...still haven't heard how she's doing :(. They didn't have much for my boys to eat (bbq'd pork sandwiches...Will's in his picky stage and tony doesn't eat sandwiches) so they had chips to eat :( :(. I always make sure there are hot dogs or mac & cheese or something kid friendly around... ANYWAY...got home and then the loud and screechy neighbor boys were running around our yard and we just wanted them to go away! Tomorrow's Monday and back to normal. Leigh...I'm on my way over...but I need salt to go with my rum & diet cokes LOL!! Tomorrow's WI and I'm scared HaHa

Hi to all..sorry to not get personal. I'll get better again someday I promise!!

Oh, I love to swim with my boys...alone and together...we have a really fun time. :)

We had to take Tay to the ER tonight she got a fever of 105.6 it came down with the tylenol and motrin but after it wears off it goes back up. Anyway the doc said that they think she just has some sort of virus that is going around. Well DUH!! lol

Anyway I'm exhausted and heading to bed!

Good morning gals! Hmm . . . not sure if I'll be OP today or not :D

Cindi- I'm glad Sami/y is now a member of the family! I bet the kids are excited. I think yours and Jill's reward-buddy system sounds like a fun, motivational idea.

Geri - hope MIL is okay! Keep us fille din on that one. Don't worry too much about WI today. I'm not looking forward to mine on Friday either, but maybe it's better to know :?: Also, maybe your excerciuse efforts will pay off!

Penny- we did miss you!

Michelle- how is Taylor feeling this morning? That's nerve-wracking! I love my little picture/name you made for me! I'm going to try and get it in my signature without asking help first

QOTD: What place/places have you enjoyed living and why?

me- Florida and Atlanta. I love Florida - the heat, the ecclectic people and landscape . . . the beaches. I had great friends and experiences in FL. Atlanta- I absolutely love living here. We have phenomenal friends, it's vibrant, usually warm, and southern - I love the south!

Michelle, How's Tay? Thats terrible. 105.6!!! Abigail had that with the flu one time. 5 days with that temp. And Tyenol and Motrin only brought it to 104.5. I hope he's ok now.

Cindi and Jill. Penny and I have a goal each Friday. If we don't meet it we send each other .50. At then end of 10 weeks if we lose 10...doubling our goal, then we have to send each other a bottle of nail polish. If one makes weight and the other doesn't. Then that .50 cents double for those five weeks to 5.00. at the end. So you have time to catch up if you don't make the .5lb lose per week. .5lbs a week should be easy and if you don't make it, you can catch up to the end. If you don't your out 5.00. Kind of confusing I know. So basically, If you lose 5 lbs in 10 weeks you don't pay anything, if you lose 10 lbs you get nail polish as a bonus. If you don't make weekly weight you pay .50cents. If you don't make final weight of 5lb loss, you pay five bucks.

Geri, great job on the 15miles! HOpe your MIL is ok.

Hey everyone, I know once I post, someone will have snuck in on me.

Morning all. Not in the greatest mood. Andrew slept awful and I don't really know why. He acts like he doesn't feel good, but he's not really stuffy and only coughing sometimes, not to where it should be keeping him awake. So I tried to sleep in this morning, that would be 7 AM. And he woke up even crankier than last night. I'm staying home all day and resting as much as I can. I just put his butt back in his bed and he can be cranky in there instead of in here. I don't here him now, so maybe he went back to sleep, of course I can't, I've got others to feed and so on.
Sorry to go on and on about that.
Michelle, those sigs are so cute. I wish I could do things like that. I'm so sorry to hear that about Tay. Alisa always runs a high fever when she's sick. One time, I think she was around a year or maybe more, it got up to over 104. I took her into just the doc and they said nothing was wrong, it was a nurse practioner, which they didn't tell me over the phone that. So nothing was wrong with a temp of over 104. The next night it did hit or almost hit 105 so we took her into the emergency the following morning and she had an inner ear infection and something else with the ears and bronchitis. She showed NO signs of bronchitis, but that's what it was. Needless to say I never went back to that other doc. It was terrible. I hope she gets better.
Leigh, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll be OP today.
Penny, wow it was wierd to not see you around here much yesterday. Hope all is well.
Mel, hope you have a good day.
QOFD: I've lived in Texas my whole life. I've lived here in Terrell since I was 5 years old and I live a couple of miles from the house that I actually grew up in. So I'm within a few miles and in the same community that I've always lived in. Now this is a beautiful area and being in Terrell, I probably couldn't choose another area. But I've never lived ANYWHERE. If I hadn't gotten married, I think I would have moved. I'm one of those that would love to try NY for a while, then FL, then Montana and so on and so on. But I'm sure I'll be here forever and forever more.

When is Spryng coming back? I figured she came in yesterday, maybe we'll here from her today.

I might hear something about the house today. We didn't hear anything last week so we'll see. Dh's b-day is Wednesday. He'll be 26 but he hates b-days anyways, we always make a big deal of it though, he just has to deal with it.
I hope you all have a great day. I've got some things to do but mostly just lay back and try to get some sleep.

just checking in. I hope everyone else is having a good day. Mine sucks totally. Thank goodness I feel good other than being tired. I've got Andrew crankier than all get out and oh yeah, he climbed out of his bed this morning, I mean totally climbed out all by himself. That's not good. Ally keeps getting an attitude with me and I already warned my girls that I'm not in a good mood, not to mess with me. For some reason, I've got a calmness today, I'm not putting up with any BS. I warned the girls and told them that was their warning for the entire day. If they do anything to make me mad, I'm just gonna spank or make them clean or something, whatever I feel like at the time.
I've got Avon to do, school stuff to do, I've got to clean the house somewhat, I'm still in pj's, and I want to crochet. So I'm gonna try to chill and take this day one step at a time.
I'm not trying to get self pity, but this is the place to vent, right???TTYL

Good Morning girls :)

I would have to say for the QOTD That of all the places I have lived I like Montana the best. I loved Boston when I was young and didn't have children, but the town I live in now is just right and a great place to raise a family.

Crystal I hope that your day gets better I hate those days when I feel really moody. Feel better. I'll send you some virtual Calgon lol. If you want a siggy let me know I'll whip one up for you. I'm addicted ;)

Kristen if you post a pic of yourself I can make you a siggy too :)

Spryng are you home yet? Can't wait to hear from you!

Well Taylors Temp was 102.3 this morning and Teagans is now under 100 so hopefully the fevers will stay down!! Taylors poor eyes are glazed over wicked bad and really bloodshot and they get teary and she is congested hopefully it will go away soon!

Well have a great day I gotta get my girls settled down lol I'll TTYL

Hello Everyone! Well I’m in a sucky mood today soooo only a short post for right now.. I didn’t exercise yesterday but for maybe 15 minutes. I was trying to exercise my bad mood away… and stop the emotional eating.. But the chocolate donuts won… so that sucked. Plus I had some chocolate icecream and a medium frosty from Wendy’s.. I hate men… why are they here?!? What is their point in life? Why didn’t those jerk’s Mom’s raise them better? I just don’t know. Well so far today I havent exercised and I don’t feel like it either. I feel like sitting around and being a bumb.. Laying in the bed all day… or on the couch. And I think that’s just what I’m gonna do…. After I go return my books, and stuff.. So I might come back later.. And I might not.. I might end up driving back to TX if things get any worse…It’s ashamed to be in such a beautiful city and not enjoy it…But no whining and complaining today… I’m just lay down and feel sorry for myself instead!! Maybe buy me some candy and eat it all!! I just don’t care today…. Anyways here’s a kool article I was emailed today…. For anyone who is interested….

P.S. Michelle.... I sure would like a sparkly name... or a dolly thingy.... If you feel up to it.. either one is fine... Can you make mine have a grump face!!! :lol3:

Good morning everyone. I hope you all had a good weekend.
Michelle, so sorry about your kids. I hope their fevers are waaaaaaaaaaay down today. My oldest ds had a fever of 106 one time, and we took him to the er. After being in the waiting room for 3 hours, his fever broke, and that was that. I did have a dr. tell me though that kids today have higher fevers. don't know why that is.
Crystal, I hope you have a better day. It can only get better from here.
Kristen, glad to here from you.
Melissa,Penny, Leigh, Jill, Geri, and anyone I missed, hello.
Spryng, where are you? did you have a good time?
QOTD: I have only lived in two places, here and Lawrence, Kansas. I have to say I like here better.
Today is my birthday, and dh let me sleep when he got up at three. So nice of him. He also bought me a new toe ring. I can't wait to get it. He got it off of ebay, and its really pretty. When I get it, I will post a pic at the moms losing weight site. Michelle, those dolls and signatures are so cute. I might get brave enough to post a pic of me. Anyway, have a great day ladies.

Hey everyone! :D I did'nt get a chance to post over the weekend.Dh is home and I was busy with the kids.I still have my toothache.I'm most disappointed about my weight evidently not worrying about my weight is not the way to go.So,i'm going to start watching my calorie intake alot more.I'm still exercising but I guess I've been eating more calories than i've been burning.Plus,TOM will be here in a couple of weeks,so i'm hoping part of it is fluid retension.
Anyhow,Michelle I hope your baby's are better.I hate high fever's they scare me.Let us know how they doing.
I love those siggy's.I don't have a picture to post. But would love it if you could make me one. :^: Or just my name or just tell me how and i'll try and do it.
I think they are really cool.
melissa,I love the idea of sending eachother gifts for pounds lost.I think that's a better incentive to get eachother "moving and losing" anyhow I would like to be a part of it if that's ok with all ya'll.

Good morning all!!!

I'm Back!!! Did you miss me?? :)

I will never be able to catch up on four missed threads so if someone would be so kind and recap the highlights since I left that would be great!! Did I read that Crystal is crocheting now? What are you making? Are you enjoying it? Pictures!! lol.
And when did the question of the day start? Mine for today is hard, lol. Where have I enjoyed living the most?? Well, my parents moved ALOT when I was growing up. We lived in california until I was 12 (all over the state) hated all of it, then we moved to oklahoma, didn't like any town there much either... the best town I guess was sallisaw but I moved there when I was 18 and kicked out of my parents house. Then we moved here to kansas (not a pretty state) If I had my choice I would move to pennsavania (sp?) it was sooo beautiful to drive through, or virginia. Gorgeous states.

Ok, about my trip... it was good! The night I posted to you all... in ohio as soon as we got back in the truck I got a cyst that ruptured on my ovary! SOOOOO painful! Dh tried to help me back into the truck stop because I was feeling really sick and the walk about killed me. The pain subsided sometime in the night but the next day was the real killer. I was sore from the cyst and then I got sick on top of it. I was naseaus ALL day long. That evening I told DH I couldn't drive any further so we stopped sooner than we needed to and then I knew I had to make a run for a bathroom.... but the truck stops get so full after 5 pm that we parked far far away from the building and I didn't make it. I puked right in the middle of the parking lot for all to see... I felt embarassed but I got instant relief for my stomach, lol. I was a little weak after that but I went in and cleaned up and went to bed back in the truck and the next day the fun started, lol. The next day was virgina beach. It made all the bad worth it. :) What a beauitful beach. Now I've been to beaches in california. My grandma lived on the coast, but that beach was full of seaweed and kelp washed up and the water was dark... this beach was so soft and clean and the water was gorgeous. We took a long stroll down the beach, ate at a seafood buffett (mmmmmmm...) bought some souveniours... and just strolled all day and into the night. We forgot out bathing suits back at the truck (we had to trolley into the beach area) so we just let our clothes get a little wet. I was wearing jeans so my jeans got soaked. This was the first time though that DH has ever been near an ocean so it was fun to watch him enjoy it for the first time. We had a blast. We also went to the aquarium there. That was fun too, got to pet sting rays and horseshoe crabs and stuff. Lots of neat aquatic life.
After that we drove to nashville... went to their big mall and watched The Village. I liked it. Then straight home.
It was a nice trip after I felt better. I read a novel, finished my afghan and started another (I'll take a pic of the one I finished, it came out sooo good!) and played gamecube, lol. I felt so weird having so much time to myself. I missed the kids like crazy and talked to them daily. They did great and had alot of fun. We picked them up yesterday. It was nice for us all to be home again. Dh is home until wednesday. He went ahead and took hometime to get me back home. So yesterday I just spent time with the kids and did nothing. So today I will try to get back into the groove of things around here. As much as I can with dh in the way, lol. I'm not used to him being here during the week.
As far as ww went, well... I tried to stay OP but it was very hard. So I stopped counting pts after the first day. I just wanted to live in the moment and enjoy the trip. I don't know how much damage I did, I'll weigh in on friday as usual. But today it's back OP for me. I figure it will be years before I get to go with him again so I won't do this to myself very often. I should be able to lose what I put on in no time though.
Ok.... I promise to get personal from here on out. I will keep up with the threads now, lol.
Michelle hope your girls get better!!

Ricci, did you start ww yet? what do you think about it?

ok, gotta go, TTYL!

Hi all.
Ricci, Happy Happy Birthday.
Spryng, so glad you are back. Yes I'm crocheting, working on an afghan for my sister's b-day, in Oct. I've got mild carpel tunnel syndrome in my hands/wrists, so I can't crochet for a long period at a time, I have to take frequent breaks or it kills my hands, but the jist of crocheting is very soothing.
The question of the day started last week by Penny. It's really caught on and I think everyone enjoys them. Gives a good topic to talk about if need be. Let's us learn more about each other.
So sorry about your pain, seems that sort of thing always happens on big trips like that. Glad it turned out well, though. I'm glad you weren't OP while you were gone. It's great to live a little.

I have to laugh guys! I am just now checking in for the first time today (granted I slept in but.....) and you guys have already posted and checked in again. I know it's the whole time difference thing but it just makes me laugh. Anyway let's see if I can remember anything that anyone posted :)

Michelle I'm glad Taylor is ok, I was pretty worried last night so I was glad to hear from you this morning. If I would have stayed on the internet 10 minutes longer I would have caught your pm! I was on late last night! By the looks of your posts you were on really late! You are crazy! I totally understand being on here late though because at least for me all my family is in bed and I finally feel like I can have some time to myself without feeling like I should be doing something else! Good job on everyones names, they are so cool!

Crystal and Jaymi you deserve a day to just hang out. Do what you want today and have fun! I think I might do the same thing, I don't really have a reason too but it sounds good to me!

Kristin, beached whale my butt! You are beautiful and so is your family!

Spryng, Hi I'm Jill. I joined last weekend and am having a great time. I am also 24 and 5'4" so we have something in common. However I just have a 10 month old. Her name is Bayley and I haven't started my weight loss program just yet. Cindi and I are going to team up and start a program together so I hope to one day be where you are at. After hearing all this about WW I think I might try it. Sounds like it works for a lot of people. Sounds like your trip was pretty fun after your cyst experience, do ruptured cysts on your ovaries happen a lot? It sounded serious to me, like maybe something you would go to the doc. for. I guess not cause you seem fine now. Anyway hope we can get to know eachother better. I look forward to it!

Penny it was fun chatting last night, good to hear Andrew doesnt have Fifths disease. Sounds like a lot of viruses on this board LOL! Hope they are not contagious!

Happy birthday Ricci!! How old?

Well sorry if I missed anyone. I have a crying baby in the other room I need to get to. Have fun today everyone! And please post pictures on the MOms losing weight site. I love to see everyones family and what everyone looks like. It's so fun!

Oh ya QOTD: I have lived in Oregon my whole life and have never moved out of the Rogue Valley so I would have to say I like living here the most LOL!

Spryng is back!!!!! Welcome home! We all missed you :D  Sounds like you had an incredible time, though. I've been off plan . . . 3 days last weekend/Monday and again Saturday-today, so my WI may not be good either! I'm glad you're back OP today though :)

Crystal- hope your day and Andrew have improved.

Kristin- we missed you over the weekend :)

Michelle- glad the girls seem to be recovering! :)

Jaymi- Sorry you're feeling down. I'm still off plan right now, but I know one day this week I'll wake up and realize it's time to get back on track.

Ricci- :hb: Happy Birthday!!!! :gift: can't wait to see what the ring looks like :D

Angel- I bet TOM has something to do with the weight, but I suppose watching calories will help too :) Don't worry - I know you'll do great.

Melissa- I'm doing fine - how are you today? Any big plans?

Penny- I'm wishing Andrew a speedy recovery.

Jill- sounds like you're having a good day. Hope Bayley got calmed down :)

Ugh - I really have to get to the grocery store sometime this week!
Did you guys hear that Lori Hacking's husband was arrested this morning for "aggrevated murder"? She's the utah pregnant woman . . . so sad!

I just want to say that I just read the latest on the missing Utah woman and it makes me so sick! I heard on Oprah not too long ago that the leading cause of death in a pregnant woman is murder? Can you believe that. It just makes me so sad that this is supposed to be the happiest time in a couples life and it turns to murder. What's even more sad is I bet these women who get murdered by their husbands had no idea their husband was even capable of such a thing. It's so scary. Anyway I was just feeling upset by all this and wanted to vent a little. Hope I didn't spoil anyones mood. Sorry if I did. Talk to you ladies soon.

Why Did God Make Mothers?

Enjoy the answers given by elementary school age children to the
following
questions:

Why did God make mothers?
1. She's the only one who knows where the scotch tape is.
2. Mostly to clean the house.
3. To help us out of there when we were getting born.

How did God make mothers?
1. He used dirt, just like for the rest of us.
2. Magic plus super powers and a lot of stirring.
3. God made my Mom just the same like he made me. He just used bigger
parts.

What ingredients are mothers made of?
1. God makes mothers out of clouds and angel hair and everything nice
and
one dab of mean.
2. They had to get their start from men's bones. Then they mostly use
string. I think.

Why did God give you your mother and not some other mom?
1. We're related.
2. God knew she likes me a lot more than other people's moms like me.

What kind of little girl was your mom?
1. My Mom has always been my Mom and none of that other stuff.
2. I don't know because I wasn't there, but my guess would be pretty
bossy..
3. They say she used to be nice.

What did mom need to know about dad before she married him?
1. His last name.
2. She had to know his background. Like is he a crook? Does he get drunk
on beer? Does he make at least $800 a year? Did he say NO to drugs and
YES to chores?

Why did your mom marry your dad?
1. My dad makes the best spaghetti in the world. And my Mom eats a lot.
2. She got too old to do anything else with him.
3. My grandma says that Mom didn't have her thinking cap on.

Who's the boss at your house?
1. Mom doesn't want to be boss, but she has to because dad's such a
goofball.
2. Mom. You can tell by room inspection. She sees the stuff under the
bed.
3. I guess Mom is, but only because she has a lot more to do than dad.

What's the difference between moms and dads?
1. Moms work at work and work at home, and dads just got to work at
work.
2. Moms know how to talk to teachers without scaring them.
3. Dads are taller and stronger, but moms have all the real power 'cause
that's who you got to ask if you want to sleep over at your friend's.

What does your mom do in her spare time?
1. Mothers don't do spare time.
2. To hear her tell it, she pays bills all day long.

What would it take to make your mom perfect?
1. On the inside she's already perfect. Outside, I think some kind of
plastic surgery.
2. Diet. You know, her hair. I'd diet, maybe blue.

If you could change one thing about your mom, what would it be?
1. She has this weird thing about me keeping my room clean. I'd get rid
of
that.
2. I'd make my Mom smarter. Then she would know it was my sister who did
it and not me!

Hi again!

I snuck off in here for a bit... been busy today. Went grocery shopping, returned a movie, then we came home got our swimsuits and went to the lake. That was fun. It's really hot today. Then we came home and started cleaning house. It's 100% DONE!! Dh was a big help too. Dinner will be green chile chicken casserole tonight, it's in the oven right now. I'll let you know how it comes out. Dh is doing karoake in the living room so I'm chuckling in here, LOL! He cracks me up!

Hi Jill!! Nice to meet you and glad you joined our little group! I hope to get to know you better! And yes, ruptured cysts are beginning to be more common for me for some reason. I think it's because I have that IUD Mirena for BC. That is one side effect of it. And as far as going to the doctor for it... well there is nothing they can do for it. once it ruptures your body just has to absorb what it releases and that is all. I can take aspirin or something for the pain though. But I tell you... this is my 3rd one in the last year. Too many for me! If I have another one I'm going to have to consider getting the IUD removed because it is really excrutiating. Where at do you live in oregan?? I have an aunt in klamath falls... you know where that is? She is on ww too.

Penny, I didn't know andrew was sick! I hope the infection goes away fast. Did the doc give him something for it? Poor guy.

Crystal, what kind of pattern is that afghan? and what color/s are you using? I'm glad you are enjoying it. The first few days I started crocheting my wrists and fingers ached but it passed. Kinda like playing the guitar... your fingers have to toughen up to play well. How is the pregnancy going? When is your next appointment?

melissa, how are you doing today?

Well, nothing planned for tonight. Since dh has the karaoke machine hooked up he'll want to play with that all night, lol. Anyone been watching Big Brother? Who was voted out last week?

TTYL!

Leigh, it's nice to know I wasn't the only "bad" one, lol. But this is a new week and I think we can do better this time! Today has been going well for me. We had subway for lunch and dinner is one of those saving dinner recipes. You have any of those lately? I don't follow the news so I have no clue who is Lori Hacking... but I hope that if her dh is guilty he pays for it. That whole Lacey Peterson case puts me in knots... terrible things. How can people harm someone like that? Especially their own mate??! Evil.

oh man poor tay her fever got back up to 104.9 today, this stuff just worries me because her doctor has told me that when a fever reaches 104 and up that you have to watch for seizures. So I'm keeping a really close eye on her.

Ok i'm going to go figure out some dinner. TTYL!!
