Feeling a little anxious...
as I am on day 10 of Phase I and a little nervous about going into Phase II as I am introducing foods that I have been avoiding for a while. I am also looking forward to adding the fruits and some grains back in but scared of myself and overdoing it. My plan is to add one fruit on Tuesday, then one whole grain on Wednesday and continue to alternate them for the first week on PII. Does that sound right to those of you who have been doing this for a while? It has been so nice not craving foods that I want to be careful and not awaken that monster.
