Good evening all,

I closed the last thread so this is from memory  !

I'll start with the QOTD. Swiming over seaweed. YUK ! I always think the seaweed monster is going to grab my leg and pull me under  . You should see me if it touches my leg OMG :yikes:

Michelle... are you back to normal yet (your bp I mean  ). Wish I could have chatted last night.

Mel...what's up with Bugs?? He's really giving you a run for your money lately.

Kristin..We love being outside too. State Fair starts on the 5th so I'm sure we'll be hitting that too. Unfortunately they have the BEST cream puffs in the whole world...but 1 will be enough for me.

Jill...the dentist...ranks right up there with the seaweed monster  Hope you thaw out soon.

Ricci...WW sounds like it's agreeing. Can't wait to hear your WI results.

Leigh...my hair color is Preference 5G aka Medium Golden Brown. I actually get alot of red highlights in it...but the greys are starting to overtake so one day I may have to go pay a professional to come up with something more clever than bleach blond  ;) . The joys of being a natural brunette!

Cindi...at least you're stuck in onederland! I'm having trouble getting there. Do things calm down alot for you once school starts? How many do you have at home then?

Penny...man, you're one busy chickie! When do you do anything for you?????

I didn't exercise today so I'm feeling guilty. I shouldn't considering how much I did yesterday but that's just me! I'll get over it.

Di, Cheri, Jaymi, Crystal, Spryng, Angel...Hi to all and anyone else I may have missed. I have to go dry my hair then I think I'll hit the sack early. I'm tired for some reason. Have a wonderful eveing and I'll check back in later!

I go away for a few days and yall go into post-like-crazy-mode. :) I read through the last thread though. :)

Leigh...I have always pronounced your name correctly. Maybe because I had two friends in high school named Leigh. My SIL's middle name is Leigh and my neice is Kaleigh. :)

MI-SHELL...now I'm curious. Is it Muh-shell, or Mi (short I) shell? Send some of that cake down here...nevermind, it has carbs.

Pen-E -- teaching for no pay. Girl, I admire anyone that will teach a roomfull of K students with pay...so you really get accolades. :)

Sin-dye--I read your post and thought ''what'' she pronounces her name ''sin dye'' , LOL, too funny. Hope you get that school stuff bought and those kids sent off to the great CHS. Gooooooooooooo Lions. :)

Spryng--Hope you are having fun in Va Beach. :)

Ricci, Jaymi, Crystal, Kristin and Geri...hello, hello, hello to you too. :)

OH and for the record my name is pronounced shu ree. Not Sherry, not Cherry, Not Cher...needless to say I've dealt with this my entire life. ;)

So is anyone chatting tonight? I'm listening to John Kerry drone on and on and on but should he not put me to sleep I'm going to hit the chatroom. :)

::chuckles:: to any John Kerry fans. He just doesn't grab my attention. Now that running mate of his, he's got that knack for speaking down pat. Listened to his whole speech. :)

Hope everyone had a great day...Good luck on the weigh ins, I will just be glad if my gain isn't too big!! *sigh*

Guess I will go get Justin from work and hit the sack! I am really tired!

Love to my chickies!!

Hello Ladies,
I'm feeling more like myself finally.Well i've taken tylonal, therma flu, nyquil, dayquil, and advil. :?: not all at once of course.I guess I had a 24hr bug of some kind. Now i'm just down to a toothache that just does'nt want to go away. Anyhow, hopefully i'll be back to normal tomorrow.I've been such a pain to live with.I'm grouchy when I don't feel good.Dh was really sweet. He got up, and him and the kids cleaned the house.and he fixed lunch for them and made sure I did'nt need anything.I'm really lucky to have someone that will put up with me.I can be hard to live with at times. But I guess that goes for everyone.lol
I'm going to go soak for awhile and go to bed and wake up in a good mood. That's the plan. :D ttyl

Well another day bites the dust. I got a little bit accomplished today and my eating was pretty good. Still didn't get any exercise in but will try again tomorrow. I have my sister's b-day party tomorrow and my mom is making our favorite dinner, sour cream chicken enchiladas! I'm going to have to watch it. Wish me luck!

My face didn't de-numb for 5 hours! I was hoping it would be ok by the time my dh got home from work but it hadn't and he laughed so hard! He got the video camera out and wouldn't put it down till I showed him my sagging face. Can't blame him cause I would have done the same thing. I was really mad though cause after my face was back to normal I noticed that I had bit both my upper and lower lips several times without knowing it. Well, I know it now! They hurt really bad!

I hope everyone had a great day. I'm sorry to hear that some of you aren't feeling good. I hope everything clears up by tomorrow.

Hope some of you are in the mood to chat again, that was really fun last night! Check out my pictures if you want. I finally got some uploaded on the msn site. Talk to you soon!

Geri,
You are the exercise queen! You are doing awesome! You deserved a break today!

Michelle,
Hope you have a great night! You will be in my prayers tomorrow at the dr. Please take it easy and try not to worry about it b/c it will just make your pressure go up more before you get in there. Do some mediation in the waiting room if you can!

Cindi,
I think you are plateaued too! You might have to increase your exercise or water intake. Grrrr......

Cheri,
I thought it was Sherry..... My cousin's name is Sharee... pronounced share ee ... also!

Ok Ladies..... I'm gonna be a nice wife and pack hubby an ice chest for work tomorrow!

Penny you are so funny! Thanks for the compliment. I had to laugh about the hubby thing because in that picture he was trying to grow his hair out and it wasn't too long after that, that we decided his hair was not meant to be long. I thought about mentioning that on the post because I thought he looked kind of scroungy. I guess not! He He

Hello Everyone! Damn yesterday was almost cause for Divorce! But seriously, I did get a tad carried away in the clearance isle… but only about 32.00 worth! And clothes ranged from 2.00 to 4.00! Oh… I bought 2 pair of tennis shoes for $1.00 each!! Now how could I pass that up!!! They were of course for the baby, but they are a size 7 which are too big…but that means that later I won’t have to buy her none! I only bought a couple of things for me.. Just some sports bras and tights for 3.00, I bought a couple of dresses for my daughter and 1 pair of shorts for my son. I wanted to buy more for him…. But they didn’t have any thing in his size. I hate that! School is starting soon. Again.. I’ve been up since 5:30 and it’s almost 7 and I haven’t done anything. Well I folded 2 loads of clothes because the hubby took them out last night.. And you know how it is when it cools off… All WRINKLY! So.. Anyways I had to put them back in the dryer and fold them. I had planned to exercise before Denise Austin came on… but didn’t happen. I guess I have to put up my babies toddler bed myself…. Waiting on “other people” to do it… will never happen.. Or it won’t happen NOW!! I did ok with eating.. Until!! I got hungry and ended up eating 2 chocolate donuts… and some skittles. And… I ate a double cheeseburger. What else can I do?!? I did exercise.. But not enough to burn off all of those calories.. I walked in Walmart for OVER an hour.. But not sure if that counts! Oh.. Back to the money thingy… I spent too much …. As usual. But…. I only spent about 45.00 on groceries for the week, and 35.00 on household items.. If he went shopping himself.. Then he wouldn’t complain. I went to the store with him the other day… and he kept picking up stuff that we didn’t need. But he doesn’t think he should have to because he works… Well, shut up then! We needed the stuff I bought.. Except for the pictures! Oh, and the ink cartridges for the printer was 60.00!!! Da*n, I can almost buy another printer! But I have been without ink on this printer for over a month. I even called and asked him about it. I bought myself another watch… *only 6 bucks* because mine broke…and another alarm clock *which was on clearance for 7 bucks* because I can’t hear mine anymore… and I need to wake up!!! So what ever! Anyways I gotta go start exercising. Weigh-in is tomorrow… and If I weigh more than 145 I will go on a starvation diet… or jump off a bridge..either one. Nah… but that would make me very depressed…. That would be over 6 lbs gained in 2 weeks…. And although some people might not understand how important 6 lbs is…. To me… It’s a big freakin deal!!!! Anyone who have been here through it with me knows how hard I have worked to lose 6 lbs (which takes almost 2 months to lose) and to turn around and gain it back in so less of time.. Pisses me off. I refuse to step on the scale until tomorrow morning. Today is a new day…. And I’m gonna try to not eat any candy.. And be good. I don’t have any sweets in here so that should help. Well I want to at least exercerse before 7:30, so I need to post this.. And come back later and leave comments. I hope everyone has had a great morning so far! Be back soon!

Morning all.
I'll start a QOFD: What is one of your biggest pet peeves?
Okay, I watched Cold Mountain last night and slept pretty good. Andrew was doing better last night. I still have to watch his coughing. We are gonna get out today. Want to check out my mom's and see how much was done yesterday. Gotta go to Walmart too.
How was everyone's night?
Jaymi, those are great bargains, but my dh's g-ma always says "It's only a bargain if you really needed it". Where was that at?
Jill, glad your mouth started feeling better. Don't you hate that feeling of the numbness wearing off?
Penny, wow, 930 at Walmart, that was probably a great time to go.
Cindi, you're not gonna know what to do with one kid at home. You'll have alot of time to get things done. I think you've been so busy lately that your weight has become back burner, which isn't a problem, you just have to focus on putting it back in front.
Hi to Geri, Ginny, Melinda, Spryng, Cheri, Kristin and anyone else I missed.
What does everyone have planned this weekend? I don't think I've got much going on. Probably staying home alot of it. I'm gonna get some new yarn and start a real project today. I'm about done with my practice one, so I'm gonna start something for a gift for Christmas. It's a very soothing thing to do. But I've got more school stuff to work on too. I've been wanting to get my haircut and I need to get my eyes checked, but I can't get a sitter to do this, isn't this awful?
Well, I'm getting hungry and I'm sure the kids are gonna start waking up. Hope everyone has a great day and I'll check in later.

Morning all, I just finished reading throught this thread. I'm so tired I'm not sure I remember much. Patrick "the bugs" was at it all night AGAIN. He gets up and half the time he's not crying, just calling my name and BANGING on his door. EVERYhour from 11:15pm till 4:30 then he slept till 8. I am so tired, I feel like I can't move or breath. I don't know how much more I can take. Last night was the 7th night of this. Not teathing, I asked the dr to check if his two year molars were coming. He said nope! He just awake and Won't go back to sleep, you lay him down and he stays for 10-15 minutes and starts over.

Jill, I can't believe that it took 5 hours for the numbness to wear off in your mouth. but hey, it's good for your diet...lol.

Cindi, you were probably dreaming walking the halls and meeting teachers last night.

Ok, everyone else. I will get to ya later, I am exhausted...or did I say that already.

Good Morning Ladies!

Jaymi,
Sorry you had such a ruff day yesterday! You can turn this around.

Crystal,
Hope you get some yarn. I agree that doing something you like like crocketing, scrapbooking, crossstitching is very soothing. :)

Biggest Pet Peeve......hhhhmmmmm...... I think it is lying..... My mil is a compulsive liar and it kills me that she lies to my face, point blank!

OK Ladies...... I am gonna start my day off right so Melissa doesn't kick my butt..... So I will catch up in a little while

I am sooo sorry that Patrick was up again. Call the dr and ask him!

Hang in there! Hope you have a better day:) And get some rest!

Morning! Liam is in a very bad mood this morning - not sure if it's teeth or something else. At some point today I need to take Duncan to the vet to follow up with his eye - scratched cornea. Oh! And today is my WI day. I'm 154 - thankfully I maintained after my awful behavior :)

Jill- I'm completely confused - wwhere are the pics of you and family posted? Hope your mouth feels better today.

Geri- so do you not like to swim in the ocean then? Will you get in the water at all?

Cheri- uh-oh! I've been pronouncing your name "sherry." Sorry!

Cindi- sorry you're so frustrated with the weight loss stall :( I've heard if you change the type of exercise you do it sometimes helps. ((hugs)) to you . . .

Michelle- okay, I've been pronouncing your name wrong too then, so we're even :D I've been thinking "Muh-shell." As for politics, I'm so disenchanted with both parties I feel like not voting at all. I wish there were a politician who actually did or said somthing real.

Angel- how are you feeling? Poor thing! :grouphug:

Jaymi- okay, not to be an evil enabler, but if you have any children's consignment stores in your area they can be fun, fun, fun

Crystal- I'm glad Andrew seems to be doing better. That's exactly how I was - not able to do one single thing for myself like go to a doctor or for a haircut, which is why we got the sitter. Anyway, maybe someone can go with you just to hang out with the kids in the waiting area?

Melissa- that's odd about Patrick because one of my fireinds has a daughter who is 23 months old and has been having similar sleep issues. With her, I thought it was because they've been changing lots of stuff in their house and a new baby is almost here, but maybe it's some sort of two-year thing then? Could it also be something like night terrors? Hope you get a nap in.

Penny- what are you doing today?

QOTD not having more than 1/4 tank of gas in the car. It drives me crazy until I can fill it up again.

MichelleRae
07-30-2004, 10:58 AM
ok quick post from me

QOTD I hate when people eat with their mouths open smacking their lips, I hate when I have to repeat myself, and I hate Liars also!! There we go a big fat list of my pet peeves lmao

Ok I gotta get ready for the docs I'll come post again if I have time :)

Hi there, I forgot to answer my own QOFD:
Self Pity. My best friend, which I hate to say about her, is terrible about this but not on purpose. But see, I just called her at 830, she's a sahm of 3 too. She was still sleeping, and she sits two others that get there at 900. I couldn't believe she was still sleeping and not getting ready for her day expecting those kids. But you'll see, when I call her later, she'll be in a bad mood and she'll be complaining about her kids getting on her nerves. I've told her a thousand times, to get up at least 30 minutes before her kids and before those other kids to have some quiet time to herself to something or to do nothing, and that will totally change her day. I know from experience and most of you probably do too. I just hate that or the people that complain about every day stresses as if they are the only ones that have them. You know what I mean. I mean we all complain and that's okay but we all know that every body else has these issues or some of their own and we don't think ours are worse than the other persons. Does all that make since? See I get on a roll about this stuff alot.
Sorry to rant and rave, TTYL

Leigh,
Congrats on the maintenance! WOO HOO :cheer: You are doing awesome! I am hoping I will be with you again soon! :) Hope Liam feels better :)

Michelle,
GOOD LUCK :goodluck: at the dr. Please let me know as soon as you get back!

Crystal,

Ok I am off! Not sure what I am gonna do today but I am feeling lazy so I need to get dressed!

I'm about to drop Liam iff at DH's work, where he'll entertain him this afternoon. I'm excited because I'm going to have a flexpoints lunch of McDonald's and this means I won't have to eat quickly in order to get back to Liam. Uninterrupted, relaxing eating  Then I'll clean the house . . .

Hi Crystal and Penny :)

Hey everyone! LOL Leigh about having Michelle repeat herself. That was good! Also my pictures are on the Mom's losing weight site on MSN. I'll give you the link http://groups.msn.com/momslosingweight/shoebox.msnw Check them out!

Melissa sorry about Patrick, that really sucks. I hate it when they sleep fine and then all of a sudden they stop sleeping and you can't figure out why. Only thing I can say is that he will probably get back to normal soon (hopefully)

Well I will post more later, my friend and I are going to take a walk with the babies and then do some light weights at her house. I'll finally get a workout in!

QOTD: My pet peeves is lying and when someone is in a leadership postition and is unorganized, like a boss or something. I also hate drivers that drive 10 or more miles under the speed limit and practically stop the car to make a turn. Ok enough of that. Talk to you soon!

hi guys ! I last posted yesterday morning, with these kids here, I can't seem to get back t you all in the afternoon like I usually did. I can't wait for today to be over, back to my own child and thats it! :)

I just got done reading the posts and I would have to take an hour to print them off to remember what everyone said, so I can post again. :faint: and there is no time for that! So I will just give a quick hi, how are ya to everyone! ;)

I am making rosemary chicken and dill potatoes for dinner, all this weekend it will just be me, dh, and dd. We have stuff to do around here, the garage needs to be cleaned out BAD, and we have all the wood for our fence, so dh is going to start that sunday, plus sunday school (I teach kindergarden, just for an hour each sunday) and church before that. uugghh...i'm already tired and the weekend hasnt even started. At least I won;t have the other kids here, and DH will be home, so maybe I can get some scrapboking done! Pipe dream I think, who knows what will really happen. I can only imagine!

Glad that you guys are having a good day! To those of you who are going to/have been to/should go to the doctors, I will keep you in my thoughts!!!!

Pet peeves for QOTD: Lying, negligent parents, clutter, and sarcastic kids! ;) Well I have more probably, but that is all I can think of now! :) ;) lmao!

I will try to check back later! :p

You all gave such good advice and support about my weight loss(or lack thereof)!

Crystal...you are right, weightloss is not top priority these days, but I will get back into it! Today!!Or tomorrow!

Leigh...I could change up my exercise by actually doing it~ I did an awful lot of walking yesterday through the school halls, so that was day 1!!! Glad you maintained!!

Penny...yes, the water is lacking these days as well! I will drink more! (and eat less M&Ms, promise! Maybe I should just finsih off the bag and get rid of the temptation!!!)

:o :o :o

I weighed in at 197.5, so that's only 1/2 pound and it could have been so much worse, so I can recover now! I can lose that by drinking water enough today!! I will push hard the next week, I have an OB/GYN appt and she will be happy to see a loss! She will also fuss at me if I don't lose more weight! She hasn't been heavy a day in her life, so she is clueless, but I know it's her job to try to make me be my best! She will even give me meds if I ask for them, so I am considering trying that to get me going again, if I can afford it. Don't think my insurance covers it. If they have generics, I am good to go!!!

Going to shower and get ready for a mad dash to the stores again!! woo hoo.

I like that challenge idea Penny and Mel have...maybe someone could buddy up with me and challenge me somehow to get back OP, or maybe we should pair up for a challenge, then switch to another partner for the next one...it would help us get to know each other better in the process! I am full of ideas today, ain't I?

Pet Peeve: Burping out loud!! GROSS! (and I live in a house of boys of all things!!)

Laziness...mostly in myself :o

BAck in a bit, chicks!!

Kristin- Good luck on your busy Weekend!! Fill me in on some info on scrap booking~ you can PM or type it here! I’ve been wanting to get into it a little, but I don’t know where to start.

Crystal- I know what you mean about self-pity!! A LOT of my friends are like that.. But I just tell them so what… we all go through that… and etc. I don’t say “oh, poor baby” or show them any kind of pity!! Whatever… for what!! No one feels sorry for me! I have started telling them exactly what is on my mind. I used to shut them all out because when I was depressed.. They called me with their problems and hung up before I could express mine.. So I said who needs em’ Now, I just say whatever… and they either accept it or not! Hey… if it’s a dollar… I NEED IT! I don’t know what I’m doing this weekend! My hubby asked to go fishing.. I was like whatever.. Which day… Now he think’s I’m gonna go somewhere without him…. Which I was!!! So now he says he’s not going. I don’t care!! Family day will go on with or without him! I was only gonna go to the park, or the pool or something! It depends how the weather turns up.

Michelle- My sister hates eating loud too!! She would get mad at my kids… I’m like duh.. Their kids! Especially the baby! Are you like that with your kids!! Does the sound of a baby smacking on a bottle get on your nerves too!! :joker: I don’t know why.. .but I love that noise!

Leigh- A consignment store…. That would be great! It takes all I have not to go to the goodwill in the area. It has EVERYTHING!! Furniture and all… and the people out here are rich! So I just pass it up very fast each time.!!

Penny- Ok…so how do you get a picture in the signature!! I gotta know!!! Thanks for all your encouragement! You always say something sweet to me everyday! :)

Cherri- (shu ree) Not a Kerry fan…. So don’t worry about me! And BTW Hello to you too!!!

Geri- OH NO! The Sea weed monster! :lol3: Wow… do you like swim over sea-weed…on a daily basis!! :lol3:  :lol3: Ok, sorry,,, but how could I pass that one up!!

AngelMarie- Sorry you feel icky! Yes you are Very lucky! Always remember that when you feel bad! Hey.. But what are family members for anyway.. They better deal with us!! Right!!

Bailey’s Mom- Did I ever tell you WELCOME! I hope I did.. If I didn’t I deeply apologize… :( And if I’m wrong.. Then I deeply am embarrassed!!  Have fun at the party!

Melissa- Do I ever know what you are going through!!! I am trying to get her toddler bed set up. Thinking maybe that will help! She never sleeps.. From the time I brought her home! So don’t feel bad! You are not alone! Sorry I cant make suggestions!

Cindi- All of our goals should be a long-term goal…don’t ya think!! Even losing 1 lb is long term for me! So sometimes we set goals.. That our body fights against… and we blame ourselves… but you can’t force it. Just keep on fighting… and the weight when come off. Unfortunately it doesn’t come off whenever we say so.. Now that would be great wouldn’t it!!! :joker:

QOTD- People who drink or are drunk constantly trying to force me to! Stuck up UGLY people! People who think they are better than everyone else and that they are holier than thou’… and they lie all the time! :joker:
Skinny people who complain about being fat! (like that heffer that complained about wearing a size 3!! (and she was about 5’7 or 5’8 or taller for all I know!) I can go on and on!!

Ok.. Now I have a personal Question of my own!!!!!

“My daughter is 20 mths old and she still sleeps in her crib.. Should I change her bed into the transitional one.. Or just skip it and go straight to the toddler bed. The transitional seems dumb to me.. But I don’t know!

Well that‘s it for now.. I think I got everyone.. If I didn’t SORRY!!!!

I Gotta go clean up… again…. and try to exercise again during nap time! OH!! I did the whole Kathy Smith tape this time!!!!! YAYYYY!!! Last time I could only do 20 minutes!!! Hope everyone has a great day!!!

Hey guys I just got back from the doctor and they prescribed phentermine for me this time and she said I can go 2 months on phentermine and 2 months on Meridia so my body isn't getting used to either med. I also got put on cytomel which is a synthetic T3 hormone for my thyroid my levels were normal but low normal so she is going to supplement my synthroid and hopefully I'll start to have less "tired" days!! I'm so excited and now I have a new start hopefully I'll stop bouncing around with my weight lol.

*BUUURRRRRRPPPPP* That was for you Sin Dye!!!! ;) hehe you know I love ya!!!

Leigh enjoy your lunch alone in wonderful wonderful solitude!!!! I'm so envious!!

Jill great pics thanks for sharing :)

Kristin your dinner sounds yummy!! I think I might have a lean pockets or lean skillet for dinner I hate cooking in the summer time lol

Penny you deserve at least ONE lazy day ;) too bad I used all your lazy days up for you lmao!!!

Ok girls I need to eat because I haven't eaten in like 18 hours and I'm starving lol. ooohhhh yeah I got some skinny cow ice cream sandwiches and another ice cream bar taht is 98% fat free but I haven't calculated points on them yet. Ok guys I'm going really I am lol

Good afternoon.
Just got back from a playdate, so I am a little late checking in. My first week on ww, and I am down 2 lbs. We have to go to wal mart sometime this weekend.
I think there is some kind of "computer bug" that has transferred to our kiddos, because, my youngest ds has not been sleeping well the past few nights either. He was up from 11:30-2 last night, and was up for good at 6.
QOTD: Being late. My mom is always late, and so is my best friend and her mom. I on the other hand am at least 5 minutes early when I have to go meet people.
Have a great day everyone.

Hi everyone just popping in to say hi. I hope everyone's day is going good. Mine hasn't been very productive yet but it is only 10:45 so hopefully I can get on task. I should be using this time that my daughter is asleep for cleaning the bathroom but it is just way more fun to talk to you all!

First and foremost Penny I am watching Unsolved Mysteries right now! LOL  Sorry, I had to go there.

Cindi I would love to partner up for weight loss! I totally need some motivation and I think a partener would be great. I am not on weight watchers or anything cause I am still breastfeeding. However there are definatley things in my diet that need to be modified. Let me know if you want to partener up.

Jaymi Hi to you too! I'm not sure if you said hi or not but no worries. I also hate it when skinny people think they are fat. I have a friend who had a baby 3 months ago and it already down to a size 8! She isn't too bad about thinking she is fat but It's so irritating that I still have a lot of my baby weight and my daughter is 10 months! I have other friends who complain all the time about their weight and I tell them just wait till you have a baby to complain cause I don't want to hear about it! I am a bargain shopper myself. I can't even buy clothes for my daughter unless they are on sale cause I know she will just grow out of them. Baby GAP here has great bargains, whole outfits for like 6 bucks or less! I get myself in trouble when I go to that store. I also have to stay out of the dollar store if I know what is good for me! E-bay gets me in trouble too :)

Mee shell Sounds like you Doc appt. went well. That's cool they are getting all your meds straightened out. My mom takes thyroid meds too and I know she has to have them switched around every once in awhile. How was the BP, better I hope.

Ricci my mother in law is constantly late. We even told her to be at our wedding a half hour earlier than we wanted her there so that she would be on time! Isn't that horrible!

Talk to you guys later!

Happy afternoon! Today is a very good day. I had my flexlunch, though looks like I'll only need to use a few flexpoints at the end of the day - I still have 7 normal points left. I got the house straightened up while Liam is with DH - it's amazing how much you can get done when the wee one is gone even briefly! Then, the stroller I'm reviewing arrived! You may or may not recall, but I agreed to write a review of this lightweight Silver Cross stroller and in return I can keep it. I've been waiting for it because we can really use a lightweight/backup stroller.

Jill- I love those photos! What a nice family you have. Sounds like you have a workout buddy which is always good for motivation!

Kristin- do you scrapbook?? Penny and I do too! Of course, have I had any time to scrapbook . . . that would be no  But I think Penny actually gets some done.

Cindi- ohhhh - you shouldn't have mentioned M&Ms, now I want something chocolate and bad for me! Preferably a Snickers bar. And, a 1/2 lb isn't even truly a gain.

Jaymi- I could also help out with some beginner info on scrapbooking. Here are some helpful beginner links:
http://www.jordanpaperarts.com/articles.htm
http://www.onescrappysite.com/modules.phpname=Sections&op=viewarticle&artid=1
I'm addicted to scrapbooking! I'm a woman full of addictions it seems

Michelle- I'm glad things are straightened out with the meds. Hopefully this combo will work well for you! Skinny Cow is 2 points - I love those!

TTYL!

Ricci- sorry I somehow missed your post! :cheer: on being 2 lbs down! I really do like WW as much as I get off program and lack motivation now and then - it really is a good plan.

I would love to partner with you, Jill! I am not on a plan either, so we already have that in common! We need to decide what our goals are, what our rewards can be, and how long we want to make our challenge last! I am excited!! We just need to pinpoint the details and get started now!

I use Yahoo messenger, so feel free to IM me if you have it! Any of you feel free to IM me anytime!! I love adult conversation, even if I have to read it and type it!!!

WTG Ricci!!

Leigh(or Lay) I wish I could review some products and keep them...I want to review a piece of cardio equipment, some living room furniture and a vehicle that seats at least 9!

gotta eat, I am feeling woozy!

Be back soon!

Awesome Cindi! Let's get some details worked out soon so that we can start. I don't own a scale but the gym I belong to can be my weigh in point. This will be so cool! I am excited! I am downloading Yahoo messenger right now so I will let you know my screen name soon. Talk to you later!

Cool Jill! My id is cindicanfly, it's also my yahoo email addy.

I am getting some laundry and cleaning done today! I am also creating daily checklists for each child so they will be able to remember to do what it takes to be ready for school each morning and things might just flow better here.(One can dream, right????) I might just get organized for once!!!! (yeah, still dreaming!!!)

Still haven't eaten, that's how absentminded I get...maybe I should make my list first! *sigh*

Back later, I will go eat now!

Yall are some clucking chicks this morning. ;)

Mee-shell--my belle , cool that the dr. changed up your meds. I hope that works out for you. I too HATE to cook in the summer. :rollpin:

Leigh--no worries, cause although I said I was calling you Lee, really in my heart I was calling you Lay, cause I knew you were saying my name wrong all along. :lol3: I'm working really hard to not dislike you , first a nanny and now lunch by yourself? What's up with that??? j/k of course;) Let me know how you like that stroller. We are looking into a lightweight stroller but don't really want to do the umbrella route.

Sin-dye--here's to this week being the week you pull pounds off. I hate plateaus for sure. But you can do this. And I'm with Lay 1/2 isn't a gain. :)

Baileysmom--have I said hello? Am I the rudest person on the planet? I checked out yalls pics...that baby girl is adorable. You have a beautiful family. Good luck teaming up with Sindye for yalls challenge.

Jaymi--if it was me, I would just go to the toddler bed. But you know your baby girl best. My kids went from cosleeping to a twin bed at 12 months. So really who am I to give advise...we skipped the toddler bed all together. Well we actually got Elijah one, when we moved here at the apartment because their room would be a mite bit crowded with three twin beds. :)

Who am I ignoring? Penny, Geri, Kris...hey hey hey to yall. :)

QOTD--people that treat their children like idiots out in public. They are children for crying out loud, your sarcasm and short temper with them is waaaay less than impressive.

Weekend plans--that would be...um, NONE. :) Donald works so other than church Sunday and maybe grocery run early Saturday morning, we'll be hanging out at home.

Ok, let me do some laundry, later gators. :)

H ladies! I actually have time to check in with ya'll and the kids are still here! AMAZING!

Jaymi - I think the best way to get started is to go buy a scrapbook (most people use a 12x12 size) and walk around the store for inspriation. We have stores like Archivers and Memories, Etc. here, do you? And then go and buy a magazine for page ideas! Thats what I did, its expensive, so aquire your stuff over time! ;)

Ricci - congrats on the 2 lbs down!!! :cheer:

Leigh - that is cool you can review those things and keep them!

Cindi - I hear ya about wanting to review everything! haha! a half lb. gain is not that bad, I bet it will be gone tomorrow! :)

Michelle - I hate cooking in the summer too, however, I love to eat, so.....I must cook! hahahaha! :lol3:

Jill - Glad that you are so excitd about your partnership! Your pics are greatr! :) Hubby is a cutie ;)

sorry gotta cut it short, kids are fighting, I love the rest of you too! :)

It is my hubby's aunt and uncle and also Hunter's godfather. They live a couple hours away and Hunter wants to spend the night there. But he's not going w/out his mama! LOL :)

Hope you all have a great evening! Love ya all!
