In phase 1 and the first month of phase 2, I did always have the after dinner ricotta dessert. But I must have gotten tired of it or something because I don't really want anything sweat after dinner now.
Planning is the key, keeping appropriate size snacks around is great. People laugh at me because I would always have a baggy of vegetables cut up, a baggy of nuts all measured out, a 1/2 cup container of yogurt or cottage cheese and then what ever was my entree for lunch. I just didn't want to be caught hungry without food around. I found it was easier to not eat the food if I had it.
Did that make sense? If I was hungry, I would go on the prowl looking for something to eat and the options aren't that great where I work. If I had food available, then I could grab one thing and nibble as I needed and many times I didn't eat all my snacks each day. Now, I very seldom bring snacks with me to work, just a couple pieces of fruit.
