Angel, what size does your son wear? Both of my boys have outgrown some of their jeans, and I wouldn't have any problem sending them to you. They are in good condition.

My name is Stacey and I am a recent SAHM to my DD, Reagan (10 months) and am trying to get the rest of this baby weight plus some off. I've just started exercising again (4 times last week at the gym) and I feel so much better. I don't know why I didn't start doing it sooner!!

Dinner was layered enchilada casserole, it was pretty good. The kids just picked though so I probably won't make it again for them. I did make enough to take half with me when I'm with dh next week. I'm starting to feel nervous now that it is getting so close. I'm going to miss my kids so much!

Ricci, what kind of afghan did you start? I find crocheting so relaxing. It really clears my head and keeps my hands busy. I'll have to take a pic of what I have done so far, I did upload the pic of my last (and first) baby blanket, the one with the little hood on it. I'll post it tonight.

It is almost 12pm here so I need to get to bed. I have been working on hubby's bookwork and I am pooped. We did VBS this week with Hunter's godmother's church. The kids had a wonderful time. They did alot of fun games and it kept them entertained.

I did get a call from the director of our vbs. She asked me if I would be interested in teaching religion class for Kindergarden children at the church this fall. I was so excited. Both the both will be in religion this year and Hunter would be in my class. My dream is to become a teacher so this is a great start! Yah! I won't know all the details for another month or so.

I'm due Feb. 1st with #4. :^: I live in Texas, homeschool my oldest and am an Independent Representative for Watkins and Avon. I found this site and lost 15 lbs. :D when I found out I was pregnant. :o I wanted to stick around and make this the healthiest pregnancy I could. So far I'm not back on any plan yet. So tell us alittle about yourself. You have a 10 month old, congrats. :) Glad you found us, hope you find the support that you need and I'm sure you will. Hope to see you around. :)

Spryng, I guess you got your camera dock thingy working? That afaghan is gorgeous. :) Ally's favorite color is yellow, I find that strange only because kids usually ALWAYS change their favorite things on a daily basis, but she has ALWAYS said yellow is her favorite. Also on the kid thing, I'm leaning towards the name for a girl, Allison Cate, I'm not sure, don't even know if dh likes Cate. I don't know if I told you but I'm starting to get that instinct it's a girl, we'll see. I go to the doc next Tuesday. Too soon to tell, though.

Well, I've been awake since 330 and up since 500. :( I don't know why. Andrew woke up at 330 and we laid on the couch, he went back to sleep but I couldn't so I put him back in his bed and I went back to bed and still couldn't get any sleep, at least I got about 5 hours and I should get a nap this afternoon. Speaking of, I'm gonna go grocery shopping after naptime. I've got to strip beds and wash those sheets. I've been working on lesson plans, trying to get as ahead of myself as I can. I still have to purchase Abeka spelling and Abeka handwriting with phonics, other than that I've got Abeka math, Bob Jones reading, a supplemental social studies and Grapevine Studies for bible. I'm not doing science or health this year, probably next year. She just doesn't care as of now. I've also got to make a school supplies list, we start school in like 6 weeks, that's really not that much time to get all this stuff together.
I've also got to get together some Summer Christmas Specials for Watkins and Avon and try to get some sales going. I know y'all don't care about all of this, I'm sort of thinking out loud. Helps me remember. I guess that's it for now, I'm sure I'll be back around later. Hope everyone had a great night and has a great day.

I think our two Andrew's got together and played to stay up last night... :p I didn't get into bed until after 12pm and then he too woke up at 3:30..... It is after 6am now and he just went back to sleep.

I was sure w/ Hunter & Nicholas that they were both boys but I just knew Andrew was a girl. We had done the chinese chart, lunar chart, drano test, etc. I had dreams about her and names picked out..... and Andrew ended up being a boy after all..... :)

Ok I haven't been weighing b/c I have been upset about it. So I got on this morning and I am up to 170. Yep! I have gained back about 11 pounds or so. But I am feeling good this morning knowing I have gotten in my exercise and I will count my points today. I think I am going to like ww and having a choice. :)

Ok so not too much planned for me today except I have grocery shopping and thats about it. Bills have been paid and all that jazz so I'm gonna do some resistance training today. I need to pick up my thyroid meds cuz they've run out and I hadn't taken them for 4 days or so :( not goood!! Anyway, I do have to work tonight at 5pm to 9pm. Ok I need to get working on potty training taylor again today so I'll be back in a little bit!

Good morning all!!

Chat was so much fun last night! (and this morning, lol) It was nice getting to know Kristin and Cheri better too! Funny gals. I only wish I could be funny, lol. Suprisingly I have energy this morning.. woo hoo! So maybe I'll get some house work done. Other than housework I have nothing planned for today. Dinner will be either chicken and rice strata or chili with corn bread dumplings... what sounds good to you all? the chili is 15 pts though!! But if I have a very light lunch I'll have the pts for it, I just hope it is worth those pts.

penny, I'm not talented, really, lol. But I do try. The new afgahn I'm making is sooo pretty. I will take a pic today to show you how it is coming along so far. I think 4 pts is a good breakfast, what did you have? How many pts do you get each day? 22? Just make sure you eat lots of 0 pts stuff and I would even encourage you to make up that zero pt soup just to get you through, for the first week or so you may feel very hungry... it's just your body adapting and I know that soup has saved many people from eating too many pts! But I know now that you are on ww you are going to do great! and you have all of us to help you get there. :) So sorry you couldn't get in chat last night, we missed you. Michelle kept getting kicked out, lol. The computer instinctively knew she was trouble, lol.

Crystal, no I never did get my kodak software working, what I did was mickey mouse it and pull it up through another program by tricking it! LOL. It was hard and frustrating but hey, it worked!! I'm not too computer savvy but give me an hour or two and I can keep up with the best of them!! :) I like the name Allison too! If Tanner was a girl his name would have been Olivia Skye (I wanted to call her livvy for short) but instead we had Tanner Ace! lol. I didn't have an inkling with him what I was having. I wanted a boy but everyone around me fed me that "the heart beat is high, it's a girl" and you are carrying this way so it's a girl, crap... so I didn't have a clue. But with Ava and Bubba I had a feeling with both what they were and I was right. With Ava I remember being in the ultrasound room and the technician asked if I wanted to know what I was having and I said, oh I already know, it's a girl! Dh laughed and said you don't know that (he wanted a boy) the technician looked at the screen and said yup it's a girl! LOL. Dh never questioned me after that on my mother's intuition, lol. When I told him I was having a boy with Bubba he knew it would be a boy, and it was! OK.. sorry to go on and on... I love recounting my pregnancies, lol. I could talk about it all day. So were you wanting another girl or a boy? Will you get a baby shower? Can you email me your address?? I would love to send you something sometime. :)

I'm with ya on the digital camera thing, we don't have one yet (use to, then it got corrupted or something) so we took it back and never got a new one. I get my pictures put onto a cd when I get my film developed (its only $2.97 at Wally (Wal-Mart)) and that is how I will share them.....I got some good ones taken at our cousins wedding this weekend, so hopefully they will turn out so I can post some of them....

Tonight for dinner is going to be Cheesy Italian Beef Bake...its 17 points per serving, but that is okay, because I have 24 total, and had a 4 point breakfast, and I want a salad for lunch, that is only 2 points with the dressing, so I have one point to spare, and I think I migh use my flex points for a salad with dinner, only a few though... :)

It's me again!!

Penny CHAOS is what we are trying to not suffer from lol (can't have anyone over syndome, you know?) LOL. Ok, little flylady joke. And waffles are fine! LOL. That is the beauty of ww, you can have anything you want as long as it fits into your pts!! :) Sometimes though you may get hungrier quicker with a breakfast like that, but maybe that is just me. I usually have a banana muffin breakfast bar (it's made with oatmeal and such) so the fiber keeps me fuller longer. But to each his own.

Kristin, are you wanting another baby? I would definitely make you a blanket!! :) I hope I have a productive day too, lol.. hasn't happened much lately. But I have unloaded the dishwasher this morning and cooked up the rice and chicken for tonight's dinner (I decided on the chicken and rice strata) so I've done a little. Your dinner sounds great!

Ricci, so sorry you couldn't get into the chat. i wonder what happened? But we were there from 10 pm until midnight. How are you doing today? Your ww stuff come yet? Did you order off ebay?

OK, I'm going to post two more pics. One is of the blanket I am working on... it's only a 1/4 of the way done but I've done all that the past two days! Lol. It's working up fast and looking so cute, I hope the pic does it justice. And the second it the picture from the book I got the pattern out of so you can see what it should look like when I'm done, sorry about the small glare.

TOM came a week early and knocked me off my feet!! I knew something was up when the scale went up 8 POUNDS yesterday!!! It's back down 5 today, so I am chugging the water! I have never had that happen to me before, it was scary!

Could we ever plan a daytime chat for a day or two during the week? My kids play on this thing at night, IMing their harrams, so chat is hard for me at 11pm my time. Maybe we could plan a day and time in advance and more could make it. Just a thought!

Penny...if you can keep up with tracking points, you'll love WW. There is always variety because you can eat normal food. I loved it, but always ended up stopping tracking which got me in trouble :^: . There's a lot of support for you here!

Let's see...got my 3 mile walk in. Not much else planned yet. Tried to clean off the kitchen counters..where all my stuff piles up..but apparently Tony didn't want me to do that. All he did was whine Mama and drove me nuts. So I told the boys we had to come down here so we could get some work done. They haven't been down here for awhile so it's like having all new toys to play with. Dinner will be grilled turkey smoked sausage and some veggies and salad and maybe a baked potato. I'll go grocery shopping tonight after Dh gets home. Just can't stand to go with the kids so I don't unless I have too.

I have a question!

How do you figure out how many points something is if you break up the portion size. Example:

I am eating a lean sirlion roast (2oz) with my lunch and the only thing I can find in my book is lean steak (4oz) and it is 5 points. So how much would my roast be??? :confused:

And oh yeah..... How do you figure out the points in a recipe? Like if I make a dish for supper...... do I do each ingredient and then divide it by the servings :confused:

What is the typical points breakdown for breakfast, lunch and supper. My breakfast was 4 points plus a 1/2 cup orange juice (1pt) and my lunch was 7. I am up to 12 so far. Is that right or not???

My intake point should be 22.

I just want to make sure I am doing this right!

Hi again!

Ok Michelle, I downloaded those programs you told me about, the spybot and the ad-aware. Well the spybot found lots of crap on the computer (over 250 things) and got rid of it and the ad-ware found 115 things, I also downloaded a registry mechanic and it found 115 erros on my hard drive but since it was a free version it only fixed the first 6 of them, ugh. I don't want to pay 30 bucks for the full verison. But my computer does seem to be running a little faster (crossing fingers) so we'll see. :) Thanks so much for telling me about those programs!
Geri, I can try to take a pic of the pattern but since the pages are glossy it may have a glare. I could always type it out, lol. But that would take time! LOL. Do you crochet? I know what you mean about grocery shopping with the kids. I always say a small prayer before going and hope the kids act right. There is usually alot of bribing going on, lol. But I don't want to pay my SIL 50 bucks to watch them. lol. I'm cheap!
Oh Penny STOP! LOL.. you are making me blush! I am NOT talented! I've only been crocheting for a couple months remember? these are easy patterns. But someday I would love to get into really intricate ones and make a twin size blanket for each of the kids beds and dh wants an afghan for his truck. I'm just not ready to commit to a project that large yet. Baby blankets work up much faster, lol. So what does you schedule look like??
Cindi, I wish TOM would hit me early this time around here. I'm due to start the day after I leave with dh... will not make for a romantic trip, lol. But at least we'll be together! I'm ok with that ;) And a chat during the day sounds fine to me. My kids nap between 1 pm and 3 pm... so maybe around there sometime? I won't be chatting today though, I'm still tired from last night and I'm ready for my nap !LOL.
Kristin, I think 2 more kids is great! We may want one more someday too... but not for at least 4 years, lol. 3 is enough for right now. I don't even remember what life without diapers is like, by the time Tanner is potty trained I'd have been changing diapers for almost 6 years solid!! eeks! That's just wrong, lol.
