Default Ohhhh no.

Great. My mum just got back from the fair and bought me a small fat free sugar free apple loaf. Loaded with carbs, most probably, and I'm in phase one. I feel so guilty, and my stomach hurts. Ugh! After three perfect days of being so good!

Never mind, go back on plan and start your 14 days from now. We all slip up now and again. I am on phase two and when I slip up I drink tons of water and get some exercise to try and minimise the damage a bit.

Do i really have to re-start the 14 days? Only I've restarted about twice now.. I know i can stick to it from now on. I just wanna get into Phase 2 as soon as possible.. but if it's gonna slow down the weight loss, would it be a good idea to restart phase 1?

You need to successfully complete Phase I in order to detox! Did your Mum shove the apple loaf down your throat? And how does a loaf, small or not, affect your blood levels? You can't just eat the wrong stuff and adjust your insulin.
