I've read this forum faithfully, but have never read anyone talking about South Beach Solutions!!! It's a candy bar and way yummy. It has to be the official South Beach because it's the name and the color of the book on the candy bar. It is sooooooo good. Crunchy peanut butter with some carmel stuff.............if lovin' it is wrong....I don't want to be right......oooooohhhhwwweeeeaaaaa :D

Where do I get these South Beach Solutions? And are they expensive? I've only been on for 2 days and my only craving has been chocolate!!! Plus, does it go with the 75 calories/day of sweets? :D

HA! (For real though- where did you find them??)

They are NOT South Beach, regardless of the name and the color...that would be someone taking advantage of the color and name to market their product, not that it is sanctioned by SBD. Remember, we are getting away from processed food!!! Those bars are processed within an inch of their life.

If you are craving chocolate, have a fudgesicle, or make some SF Chocolate Pudding. In Phase 2, you can have some real bittersweet or semi sweet chocolate (1/2 ounce). :T

Truly, those bars will induce cravings and make it that much harder to stay OP. Life is so much better without them. I promise!!! :goodvibes:

But if you eat them, yes, they count for your 75. And you should only eat 75 cals worth a day.

The label is misleading. They are not afiliated with South Beach Diet at all. I called them and asked.

I found this on drugstore dot com

Ruth did you have to yell so loud......sniffle, drip :(

Ya I was in love with them until last night about 10:00 when I had a sudden urge to do the montezuma two-step. Go ahead Ruth and Beachgal, tell me I deserved it....... Serious case of fartosis. Ugh.

I got them at Winco for $1.88 a bar. Pretty spendy, but yesterday I was feeling a bit sorry for myself and thought it would be just what the doctor ordered. For those interested it had 3 net carbs. I don't know what that means since I've never counted carbs.

Today, I'm not craving more, but yes Ellis I was a bit out of hand durning my kareoke moment.....

Yes, Ruth, it might be FRANKENFOOD, but it was FREAKIN' GOOD!!!! la la la la laaaaa la la la la la laaaaaa............................

There is a website www.southbeachsolutions.com.

FINE! I'll behave! :o

Worse...Frankenstein did not have the trots, as my mother would so delicately put it (my pinky is up).

Malitol! :fr: :fr: EEEEK! That stuff makes me so sick, I cannot tell you!

BTW, we all know that Dr. A would never call SBD "The new & improved low carb way of life"...this isn't about low carbs!

Yup, I'm a Ruth-in-training and proud of it! :lol3:
