PCOS/Insulin Resistance Support - Has Anyone Read..."The PCOS Diet Book"?

Just saw this book today on Amazon and I'm wondering if anyone here has read it. It's called :
The PCOS Diet Book: How You Can Use the Nutritional Approach to

Colette Harris (Author), Theresa Francis-Cheung (Author)

I read the reviews on Amazon but was interested to see if anyone here has read it before I order it.
